Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Waited for about a month before submitting review and all plumbing issues remain resolved. John and Andrew were wonderful and a pleasure to work with. They answered all our questions and were very patient with us. Treated us and our home with great respect. They were hard working and cleaned up after themselves. We actually kind of missed having them around.

This is our second time using roto-rooters services and we are very happy. Joshua was fantastic. He arrived on time and ready to work. He took the time to carefully cut away at some very stubborn tile in order to access our shower cartridge. Once in he was able to swap out the cart and installed the trim nicely. We are so grateful to have a shower that has hot water again!

Today was the first time we ever used Roto-Rooter and we are glad we did. We chose them because of their positive reputation and no trip charge policy. They send a serviceman who scopes out the issue, discusses it with you and provides a price. You either go with it or send them on their way. Our plumber, Josh, was so friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. He took his time with us and reviewed what he did and why. He was patient and kind. We will absolutely use them again should we ever need a plumber. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

I would give five stars to the technician, Scott. He was friendly and courteous and explained everything clearly. He also worked quickly to fix our drain clog. The reason I’m giving only 4 stars however is because the pricing from Roto- Rooter is a bit steep. They charge set rates for the job, regardless of how little time it may take which works out best for the homeowner if it’s a big job that takes a lot of time, but for a job that’s done quickly and relatively easily, you still get charged a big bill.

Joe was awesome! He was very professional, respectful, and kind. He did a great job. I would gladly hire him to do more work at our home. Customer service was awesome as well. They stayed in contact to let me know if Joe come earlier. It’s hard to find a quality technician with a great professional demeanor.
