Donny came all the way out from Plainfield, IN same day for a warranty job that he honored. I expected good service and I got it! Same day, on time, I could tell he was a plumber who knew what he was doing, they are very professional.
Be aware that when they say "no charge if you have a receipt from another company for current service, there will be no charge", there will actually be a TRIP charge of $89.95! That is even if they do nothing but give advice!
Called to set appointment for free estimate on a Monday. Set it for Friday. Friday morning, I get a call that they don't service my area. Couldn't have told me that when I set the appointment. I took the day off work to be here for them. So lost the days pay for nothing.
If I could give it a zero Stars I would. All I did where is call to get an estimate. The lady was extremely rude that answered the phone. And when she couldn't find me in the system I kept telling her all I want is an estimate. But she kept insisting I'm getting my information first to where I finally had to hang up on her. And then roughly two hours later. I get a phone call from somebody that works there who barely spoke English. He was extremely rude and was questioning me on whether I had already found another plumber or not. And when I told him that I had somebody coming in the next few minutes he kept questioning me to where I finally had to hang up on him. so now I'm trying to get ahold of somebody to put in a complaint. However when I called the national number to do this I got the same rude woman from the first time. I was not going there and hung up. I am going to follow in like a plant with the attorney general
Called this "24 hr emergency service" early on Saturday because we have no water. Ariel said someone would come out that day between 8a--12p. A few minutes later Loretta called to say they had no one available & no one could come until Monday!! We have NO WATER, in July, on a day that should be in the 90s. Their employees don't even know what services are available to schedule. Don't waste your time with them. Your EMERGENCY is not their emergency. If I could give 0 stars, that would be more appropriate.
