Extremely professional, kind and timely! We changed our HVAC service agreement to work with them over our previous company when our HVAC broke suddenly and they promptly got us on the schedule for a full HVAC exchange, having the most affordable and best service warranties as well. Always kind on the phone and through text communication of when they will be arriving. Without issue wore shoe coverings each service in our home for our toddler. Everyone we have encountered associated with the company has been personable and professional. They also offer plumbing and electrical service so it’s good to know we can go through them for those issues if something else arises. Glad we went with them and they continue to show they are a great company.

Bakers Residential Experts came to the rescue when others did not want to take on the job. We had been dealing with our AC issue for a while, and they stepped in, handled the problem, and got our unit working again. Their customer service was excellent, the turnaround time was fast, and they were very knowledgeable about their work. You can tell they know what they’re doing and care about helping their customers. I also like that they offer more than just heating and cooling services — they also do plumbing and electrical work. AC unit quit working on Saturday night. Called and made an appointment for Sunday morning. Technician was prompt. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. He took the time to tell me about possible future problems and provided us with options and recommendations without being pushy. Price was very reasonable for an emergency call on the weekend. Totally hooked. Seriously considering an annual service contract now.

Scheduling an appointment was easy, the company is very responsive and flexible to adjust per your schedule. I had an issue with my AC during busy summer time and the company was able to schedule an appointment next day, which was greatly appreciated. Outstanding company! Baker Residential Experts is the best company in the Myrtle Beach area for plumbing and HVAC. The General Manager, Franklin, is super professional. He went out of his way to accommodate my needs and worked with me on my specific timeline. I especially want to commend Donna and JW. They worked on replacing my water heater and despite some challenges, stayed with it until the job was done. They did an excellent job, all the while maintaining a positive attitude.
