I'd rate 10 stars..bc Bailey's IS the Best! I called to ask for a 2nd opinion quote on a plumbing job I'd just had done last wk., ((prior to finally finding Bailey's on Yelp & Google)..a job which was way over-charged, I believe(d). Karen had a tech @ a job just 8 min.s from my home the following morning, so she graciously sent him out just to accurately quote that job to compare with Bailey's costs.. She also compared it using the other co.'s invoice, which she asked me to send to her, too. & She had her tech look @ it, too, before he came out. The tech Aaron is extremely good: smart, honest, open, extremely helpful, & he accurately answered all of my Q.s, pointing out specific things to me with the new (bathtub-) plumbing, still visible in the kitchen ceiling. He also gave excellent seasoned feedback. & He took the time to actually point to & explain specifics, in answer to my Q.s.. as he calculated their quote for the exact same job. (which was just $700 - $750 max,..or $1,750 less than the other co.! (which padded their bill extensively). I'm so grateful (more than you know) that Bailey's was gracious enough & willing to come out for a free after-the-fact estimate or quote on another co.'s work, even tho they knew that no income would result from this trip itself..but may in the future I sure wish I'd known about Bailey's sooner! (The Yelp listings mix in long distance co.s w/ local, & rarely distinguish where a co. is located by incl. a co.'s address in the listing.) I'm extremely grateful that I eventually found Bailey's. They've sold me, w/ their excellent plumbers & incredible & fair prices. & on how trustworthy, integrity, professional, & respectful, & caring they are. Bailey's went the extra mile to help me..f/ free! & bc of that, they just gained all of my future business. & Aaron's flashlight is cool. (It really helps..in pointing out specifics from a distance, while discussing things, & to see them accurately, even in natural light!)

GREAT service. Like how you can send photos of your issue so they are better prepared upon arrival. Nick & Mike have been out for 2 different issues. Very efficient & professional. Karen does a great job gathering info & scheduling.

Bailey's Quality Plumbing does my annual backflow check. Quick response when I waited a little to long to attend to the annual requirement. When my next door neighbor had a plumbing problem, I referred them to Bailey's. Bailey's came out quickly and they did good work. Result: North Canton City is happy they got their form on time, the neighbor is happy his leak was fixed promptly.

Never called back.
