Gary was excellent, efficient and willing to share his knowledge. Nami is the person I booked it with and he was also great. It was a change out of a kitchen sink and booked a couple hours earlier. These will be my go to plumber services guys from now on and I recommend them highly!

I had six or seven companies come out for quotes on various work. I have history in plumbing adjacent industries, and have an ok bs meter. In general, most were nice enough but overpriced. Some were less nice, more pushy and still overpriced. Azerplumb easily had the best people to deal with in every position(u know who u are), sales, service , and administrative. Also, best pricing by far. There's nothing like feeling good about choices made with your hard earned money, and I feel amazing after choosing them over their competitors. They feel like a unicorn company these days... Reasonable pricing, quality work, ethical business practice.

I found AzerPlumb online after reading the great reviews, and they absolutely lived up to them. When we recently had a water leak in our home, AzerPlumb did an exceptional job from start to finish. Nima was incredibly professional, responsive, and thorough. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, answered all my questions patiently and made sure every part of the repair was done to the highest quality. The workmanship was excellent, the area was left spotless, and everything has been working perfectly since. I truly appreciate the honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. Update 2025: This is our second time using Azerplumb and our second 5-star experience with them. I spoke with Megan when scheduling the appointment for a hot water heater replacement service and she was extremely courteous and helpful. Nima came to the house, evaluated the situation, provided me with very good information, and answered all of my questions. He was able to offer me a few different options and provided a very reasonable quote. Alex (and an additional team member) came out to the house and replaced the old unit with the new unit in a very timely manner. The end result is a very clean installation. Every team member from Azerplumb I encountered was an absolute class act. If they continue to offer service like this, they will continue to be our first call for our plumbing needs. Cindy was very responsive, professional, and courteous. Stevie was individual that came to our home and completed the work. He was also extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and skilled. In a time when businesses are finding it hard to hire good people, Azerplumb LLC seems to be doing it well. The team here is very talented and delightfully pleasant.

We worked with Nima on a fairly large scope of plumbing upgrades, including a whole-house water filtration system, a reverse osmosis system for the kitchen, a Moen water leak monitoring system, and additional work on our Navien water heater. One of the primary reasons we chose Azerplumb was how attentively Nima listened to our needs. He took the time to understand our situation and provided personalized recommendations, along with clear and thoughtful guidance throughout the decision-making process. It’s easy to tell when someone is genuinely focused on delivering solutions that fit the customer, rather than pushing products—and that really stood out to us. That same level of care carried through to the execution of the work. Everything was done with attention to detail and a focus on long-term reliability, not just the bare minimum to get the job done. A great example of Nima’s commitment to customer service came up when we mentioned that our garage would be epoxy coated a few weeks later. He proactively offered to disconnect the whole-house filtration tank, move it to a safe location, and return afterward to reinstall it—all at no additional cost. That level of service is rare and greatly appreciated. We are extremely happy with the entire experience and will absolutely reach out to them first for any future plumbing needs.

An amazing place with an amazing owner! I very rarely write reviews, but after doing business with this company it's the least I could do. My family's finance is very tight, and we are going through difficult times with regards to medical issues. Our water heater went out, and we couldn't find a place that could fix it within our budget. When I thought we would have to deal with cold water until next week, I came across this company, and I'm so happy I did. The owner of this company, Nima, heard us out and made sure to take care of us. One of his plumbers, Gary, did a fantastic job and double checked everything. He explained every step he was doing and made sure we understood. He also gave us troubleshooting advice on our water heater. If you want a company that not only does a good job but will do whatever it can to take care of your budget's needs, then you found the right place. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.

I can’t recommend this plumbing company enough, they are truly top-notch. Nima Maleki in particular is outstanding: incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about finding the right solution. Even when I call just to ask a quick question, they’re always ready to help. Their plumbing solutions are excellent, and they are exceptionally good with water filtration systems as well. If there’s even the smallest issue, they show up immediately and take full ownership, this level of service is rare these days. Recently, I replaced my kitchen countertop, and the contractor sent a plumber who couldn’t resolve a few issues. Nima came out within 20 minutes, purely to support and help and fixed what others couldn’t without hesitation. After experiencing this kind of service, there’s honestly no need to look for another plumbing company. Professional, fast, reliable, and trustworthy. Working with Nima is a real privilege.

Highly recommend AZERPLUMB. I had multiple plumbing projects — kitchen shut-off valves, a toilet replacement, and shower valve work — and they handled everything professionally from start to finish. Megan in the front office was responsive and great with follow-up communication. Nima came out, gave a thorough assessment, and provided a fair, detailed quote. When my scope changed, they adjusted the estimate without any hassle. On the day of the work, they actually arrived early and called ahead to make sure that was okay. All the work was completed within the time frame we discussed. The quality of the work was excellent and everyone I dealt with — from the office to the technicians — was friendly and professional. It's hard to find contractors who are responsive, on time, fairly priced, and do great work. AZERPLUMB checks all the boxes. I'll be calling them again for future plumbing needs.

We had an amazing experience working with AzerPlumb. We scheduled Steve (one of their master plumbers) for an estimate and he went above and beyond diagnosing and explaining the likely issues with the plumbing in our older home. We had follow up questions on the job which were responded to immediately. Steve inspired so much confidence in completing the project correctly that we decided to get the work done ASAP, which turned out to be same-day. Alex (another master plumber, I believe) did a fantastic job making the necessary repairs, not rushing as others might do on their last job of the day. The job cost was in line with other quotes I got and was fair for the quality of work performed. I’m relieved to have found a trustworthy and reliable plumbing contractor that I can call for future needs and also recommend to my neighbors.

Inquired about their whole house filtration system. Megan was courteous and responded quickly and sent Nima to my house for an estimate and explanation of their system. He was very helpful and answered my questions with confidence. I ordered a filter, pre filter and UV. They scheduled an install within a few days. Nima and Gary were very polite and hard working. They checked their clean installation and verified operation. We noticed an immediate improvement in taste. Soap lathered better than before. No noticeable pressure drop. Nima and Gary were excellent and offered to answer any follow up questions I may have. Price was fair and I am very happy I chose Azer plumbing and will consider them for any future needs I may have. Azer Plumbing repaired my Navian tankless hot water heater. I had two other companies attempt to repair the Navian and I did without hot water for weeks. I was referred to Azer Plumbing by Navian. Nima with Azer Plumbing promptly arrived to the appointment, diagnosed the issues and had the Navian working. The parts needed for the repair were in-stock on his company vehicle. Before the repair, the issues were explained, along with photos showing the failed components. The price of the repair was fair and agreed upon before the job started. The day after the job, I received a call from Azer Plumbing's office following up to make sure everything was satisfactory. Based on this experience, Azer Plumbing provided technically-sound, reliable, professional service.

From the beginning, making the appointment with Megan on the phone to Master Plumber/Owner Nima, the service was impeccable!! It can be very hit or miss when knowing which plumber to call. I struck gold on finding the right one. It's someone you hope you don't need to use, but when you do, you want someone you can trust. We were experiencing a water leak in our outdoor faucet. A neighbor recommended Azer Plumbing to do the repair. I was pleased when I called that they could offer same day service, but due to our plans, we opted for the following day (Friday).Gary came right on time, assessed the issue and determined that a new part was needed. He spent time explaining what was necessary and answered all our questions. He would have stayed to finish, but we had mentioned that we had plans. Gary immediately offered to come back on Saturday to replace the part! Again, he came right on time and efficiently did the repair. Gary was personable and courteous and was meticulous with his work! We had such an incredible experience with Nema! He came out to our house within an hour of us calling, which alone was impressive, but what really stood out was his professionalism and expertise. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our Navien tankless water heater and had it fixed in no time.
