Austin Drain Cleaning Company

They came out quickly and got my drains cleared after I had been battling it for 2 weeks and helped clear the snow from my walkway. They were very reasonable.

I’ve used them twice so far and will continue for any plumbing issues I have! Dallas has been out both times and he is super professional, fast and clean. Would recommend them/Dallas to anyone!

We are in North Canton and needed emergency service on a Saturday for a backed up sewer drain in our basement. We called Austin Drain Cleaning at noon and they put us on the priority list. They arrived just after 3pm. Dallas and crew were friendly, quick and helpful. They even helped clean up the mess after clearing the line. A backed up sewer can be an anxiety inducing experience for sure, so we’re super grateful for their fast response. And they don’t charge an arm and a leg. Highly recommend.

I called on a Sunday and I understand if you don't answer. John called me back Monday morning and I scheduled Dallas to come between 2-6pm. No one called me, texted or, emailed me it is now 6pm. Poor communication. Not twenty four hours. I have done a better job for less than minimum wage. Now I have to have pricey Roto-Rooter come to clean the sewage water from my drain. I have not flushed my toilet all day nor have I done my dishes in fear the water will reach the HVAC in my basement. Thanks for nothing!

They tell you one price and then when there done they say another price ! And then when you ask them to come back and complete the job they didn't finish they get upset and say their calling the health department on me lol but definitely a waste of good money ! I wldnt let them do it for free ! You need a good company to do your drain ! and do it right the 1st time ! Call someone else like i did ! And they did what Austin said couldn't be done and stick to the price thay say not tell you $200 and then when their done they want $407 but they definitely don't know what their doing !

My washer in the basement was backing up. I called Austin Drain and they came out that night to clean the main sewer line. Very courteous and professional and cleaned up after. Two days later I had the same issue happen. They were back in a couple of hours- used a larger bit when they cleaned the main and no problems and they did not charge for the second trip out. Highly recommend this company. Can’t say enough good things about their professionalism and responsiveness. Price was competitive as well. Will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend this company. My shower drain was blocked and I had a mess in the shower pan. I called in the morning and had an afternoon appointment. Tech was running a little late, but he notified me and kept me informed about arrival time. Two techs came and made quick work of it, snaking out the drain lines. Techs were polite and respectful. They wore protective shoe covering and cleaned up after themselves. The price was affordable and the service was superior.

The two gentleman who came to unclog my shower were truly wonderful. They were courteous, kind, and efficient. The response time from when I called to when they showed up was awesome! They even cleaned the bottom of the shower and surrounding area when they were finished. Like my clog never happened. Very impressed with their workmanship and price. A shout out to the wonderful lady who scheduled me in as well! She too, was very professional and kind. Thank you!

I can not say enough great things about these guys. They have saved me a few times. I have had so many bad experiences with plumbers in the past. I wish I found Austin's so much sooner. I am extremely grateful for them. With all the problems I have had with my house, I have met most of the guys, and they are all awesome. Thank you to Austin's for reinstating my faith in great tradesmen.

I had a slow running drain in my bathtub. Come to find out that in my house of nearly 100 years old there was something called a drum trap. Very difficult to open up because it is made of lead. But somehow Austin drain was able to open it without having to tear out the entire configuration of the drain. They saved me a lot of money. Thank you Austin drain.

John and his team are reliable, professional and efficient. They have worked on many single family home plumbing repairs and completed a six unit apartment building's plumbing for my company. John got a call in the middle of the night from my tenant that had a burst pipe and was there within an hour to repair. Highly recommended!!

Super price and What a great company staring with the receptionist, Karli, I believe her name was, if not I apologize, but she was friendly and efficient. Dallas and his co worker were professional and thorough! Dallas even called back as a follow up to make sure everything was still draining fine! Will definitely recommend.

The boys that came out worked very hard to figure where our plumbing was clogged and fixed the problem. I appreciate all the hard work preformed at the house. They were awesome. I have never used a different plumbing company. I have used Austin now for nearly 30 years and have always appreciated their hard work and honesty.
