MY EXPERIANCE WITH ASSURED PLUMBING WAS GREAT. EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP.

This man is honest. He will be there anytime of the day or night and he will return if something is wrong. He works hard and is excellent at problem solving. People call him because he will come late at night, on weekends and holidays and then get angry when he charges for the service.

Completely ripped off my family. Terrible customer service, over the top prices. Not friendly or helpful. Do not use this Plummer! They stink.

Want to write about a bad plumbing experience. Saturday night our boiler stopped working in the middle of the night. Temperature was -5F with wind chill. In the morning I called Assured Plumbing I was told over the phone that they will charge me $200 dispatch fee but if I let them do the work they will subtract that from the cost of the work. When the plumber arrived he saw that my boiler is making noise from the inducer fan motor. He immediately was ready to leave since he didn't have that part. Didn't even try to remove it to see why it's making noise. I paid $200 for nothing. He also left me with a proposal for $1025 to replace it.I found the part online for $389.00 +tax. I picked up the part In the next morning and installed it myself in 20 minutes. So the contractor wanted to charge me $600 labor charge for 20 minutes of work. When I call the contractors office about it he said Yes $600 for labor of 20 minutes and that the way he can stay in Buisiness.I replied that what it cost to lose customers and get out of Buisiness. This place is aweful do not go here they will rip you off at all costs!!!
