Great plumbing company. They went above and beyond. They replaced my water heater but also helped me replaceing a outside faucet. Recommended
Came at 9:45pm! Very kind, quick, explained everything to me over the phone and again in person. Ben was very patient and had almost all of the parts already in his truck even though this was a last minute call. The price for the emergency service was incredibly reasonable as well. Thank you very much. I appreciate you!!
I needed a plumber on Thanksgiving Day and Ask Bill's Plumbing sent someone out. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost considering it was a major holiday. They did a good job and didn't try to upsale me.
I called this plumbing company because the house pictured is 1 block away from me, and with the pictures of the kids, it seemed like he would be down to earth. Not to mention that the reviews seemed good. When I called the number, it was an "umbrella company" All-State Plumbing out of Austin. They charge $139 to come and "diagnose". I emptied under the sink before he arrived. When he got here, he didn't do anything. Not one thing. Literally tells me it will cost $489 to run the cable. I ask him if that will fix the problem, at which point he says "let's hope". I paid the trip charge (if I had thrown it in the trash can I'd be in the same spot), and passed on their services. I wish I could have gotten to the original company that I called.
Last night there was a puddle of water around the toilet base. I dried it off and a few hours later was another puddle of water. Irealiza there was a leak and if I didn't fix quickly it could damage the bathroom floor,so I called Ask Bill's Plumbing and they sent one of their technicians out the same day. He found the leak and fixed it I'm glad they were quick because avoid any floor damage. I am pleased to the service..
When my garbage disposal broke, my neighbor recommended Ask Bill's Plumbing. She had used them recently, and was very happy. So I called. They were able to get out toy house right away. . Very professional. They did excellent work. And did it quickly. The price is fare, and service superb.
Great service and very responsive. I noticed water on the second story bathroom from the base of the toilet. They came and found a broken pipe and took a couple of hours to fix it. I’m happy with this company
Ivran was the technician that served us today. He was very friendly and even though it took him a while to find the leak, he was able to solve the problem successfully. I will use this plumbing company again.
Great job by Ben and his team. They dug the backyard to get to the pipe that was broken and did his magic to repair the leak. They left everything clean and working. Thanks guys!
