Excellent service and such a kind person. Not too often do we encounter people that just want to help others. I spoke to the owner and he fixed my water heater over the phone on FaceTime. I was a tad bit scared, he fussed a little, lol.. but encouraged me to trust him and the process. Also, he gave me safety advice about moving the black tool cabinet away from the water heater or at least 2ft. I am going to have it moved to the shed. However, I now have hot water and no loud noise from the water heater. He’s doesn’t know it but he’s my go to person for plumbing now. Thank you for all you do Mr Bell. I appreciate you :-)

I discovered I had an underground water line leak when I noticed my meter was still running with all the water shut off inside the house. My usage had spiked from about 9,000 gallons a month to 27,000 gallons. There was a pool of water in my front yard and I even had ducks showing up, which should tell you how bad it was. I reached out to a few plumbers in the area and Arrowhead was one of the first to respond. Derrick, the owner and a Master Plumber, came out to assess the situation. He was upfront about all the options, from a patch repair to a full line replacement, and explained the pros and cons of each without pressuring me into anything. He always took my opinion into consideration. The estimate was fair and clearly written. He sent the invoice via both text and email, and offered multiple ways to pay. The crew showed up on time Wednesday morning. They finished at a reasonable time, which seemed quick to me for a full water line replacement from the meter to the house. The workers were all really nice and professional. Before he left, Derrick was very thorough. When the job was finished I was excited and ready to use the water again. I tested everything and it was working as expected. It would have been easy for Arrowhead to just pack up and leave at that point, but Derrick took the time to make sure I was well equipped to check pressure and plumbing in my home. He actually found that I had toilets that needed to be rebuilt and were still running water. I had no idea they were leaking or even how to check for that. He made sure I was a more informed homeowner before leaving. I highly recommend Arrowhead Plumbing. Top notch company with amazing customer service. I can't speak highly enough about the prompt response and professional service I received from Arrowhead Plumbing when my hot water heater started leaking. Mr. Bell told me what to do to avoid any potential damage to my home until his people could come out to replace the unit. I can’t begin to say how pleased I am with the work of Arrowhead Plumbing. I converted a family room into an in-law suite and needed installation of a sink as well as a washer/dryer connection. The team came in and assessed the situation and gave me a fair estimate for the work. Because those connections did not previously exist, they had to drill into the floor, and remove part of the sheetrock to connect the pipes. I won’t lie, not having used Arrowhead in the past, I was a bit nervous. My fear quickly dissipated when Mr. Bell took his time to explain what was happening and tested the pipes to ensure that there weren’t any blockages before they proceeded to close up the floor. After using the washer/dryer for a few times, I can say I have not had any issues with it. I would like to give a special “thank you” to Paulino, who connected my sink and garbage disposal. He quickly informed that I needed to add an electrical switch and socket for the disposal. Again, he went to his van, and grabbed an extension cord to show that the disposal worked. Arrowhead Plumbing will be my “go-to” for my plumbing needs. I would recommend to anyone seeking professional plumbing services.

This was our 3rd time working with Derrick and Arrowhead Plumbing and it was an excellent experience, as always. Derrick excels at making you feel like a valued customer, responding quickly, answering questions, explaining charges and following up to make sure the repairs are done correctly.
