“I discovered I had an underground water line leak when I noticed my meter was still running with all the water shut off inside the house. My usage had spiked from about 9,000 gallons a month to 27,000 gallons. Derrick, the owner and a Master Plumber, came out to assess the situation. He was upfront about all the options, from a patch repair to a full line replacement, and explained the pros and cons.”

“Excellent service and such a kind person. I spoke to the owner and he fixed my water heater over the phone on FaceTime. Also, he gave me safety advice about moving the black tool cabinet away from the water heater. I now have hot water and no loud noise from the water heater.”
