Clay Nelson is amazing! He was the service person who fixed our water heater. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he was friendly, explained wha he was doing at each step, answered all of my questions, and I felt listened to when I spoke. I would use Apex Plumbing again based on the excellent service I received from Clay.

Johnnie and Omar replaced a busted water heater for us. They were on time, extremely nice, and tidy. Apex plumbing is always my go to plumber for any issue I may have.

Apex came out to fix a hose bib for me. The two gentlemen Clay and Austin were very kind and knowledgeable. They came quickly and on time and determined that I didn't need to do anything and the faucet was working fine. When I offered to pay a service call they said Merry Christmas and didn't charge me anything at all! I appreciate the peace of mind in knowing I have someone to call for life!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from APEX Plumbing. Austin and Clay, two certified master plumbers with a combined 20 years of expertise, were a fantastic team—they were prompt and professional. They came fully prepared to address the issues I mentioned when I scheduled the appointment. Austin was already checking my home's water pressure before I even answered the door, showing their dedication and preparedness. They listened intently to my concerns, thoroughly analyzed the issues, and then provided clear, upfront pricing options. The problems and the necessary repairs were explained in a way that was easy to understand. Best of all, they conducted a thorough job completion walkthrough and left the work areas spotless, which is a sign of true professionalism. I am a delighted customer and will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs.

We had a water leak from our attic into the kitchen. I called APEX the day after Christmas (the first time I had ever called them), and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Gary and Bruce were assigned to this job. Bruce was able to find the leak in about 5 minutes, take pictures, and they both explained it to my wife and I. They made the necessary repairs in a timely manner. In addition, we have a shutoff valve in our hallway storage closet for the refrigerator ice-maker. I had to be part contortionist to turn it off and on. They were able to install a new and easy valve, with very easy on and off action. They were very punctual, very knowledgeable, and I have no doubt that I would use them again, and would definitely recommend APEX to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Update 10/23/24 Used APEX again to fix the full waterline. The rest of our galvanized pipe was deteriorating, so we called APEX. Kevin and his crew did a great job. Dug a trench, fixed the pipe, added a water hose hookup to the front of the house, and had everything back the way it was in around 3 hours. I still highly recommend APEX. I had my main waterline bust and Justin and Caleb came to repair it. Justin walked me through the problem, showed me where it was, and then gave me a couple of solutions to pick from that would fix the problem. They worked quickly to get our water fixed and back on in around two hours. Extremely nice, professional guys. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Just because it’s new, doesn’t mean it’s good. New tankless water heater went out and I reported it to Apex. Austin came out the next morning and diagnosed it. Needed a part and he was able to expedite it. He was back the next day with Clay to fix it. They also entertained a couple of other questions while they were here, gave great advice and they left me with better overall pressure. Learned a lot from them. Austin and Clay were great, solved the problem, and gave me tips on what to look for relating to servicing considerations on the tankless heater. If you need plumbing work, I hope you get these guys from Apex. Masters of their trade and good folks.

Clay and Austin were great from the first meeting to obtain an estimate all the way through to the completion of the job!! Clay thoroughly answered my questions about the estimate and once the work started, they clearly communicated what to expect during each step of the project. They not only completed all of the work, but took steps to protect the flooring, kept the job site tidy and did a great job of cleaning up after all work was completed. I was also very impressed with how carefully the yard was treated where digging was required. Thank you for a job well done!! Well, where do I begin, I had only been in charge of the rental for six weeks after the senior partner died. The renter Adam called and said he needed a plumber. Upon Dr Jason Stephenson’s referral, Clay and Austin arrived. They assessed , they updated me, they worked in a surprise snowy morning. They discovered much more problems than we had anticipated. Clay and Austin came the very next day . ( very cold) They were kind, courteous , and walked me through what was happening and how ALL the issues were resolved . We have used APEX Plumbing for quite a few issues; from minor plumbing to major plumbing issues. Each time APEX provided top-notch, fast, friendly customer service. River and Alicia, in the front office, are very professional and quick to return all calls. They handled our needs as if it was their personal plumbing issue. We received a quote breaking down the problem and pricing is more than affordable and fair! They were in constant communication from the diagnostic appointment to the completion of service! I would recommend them to anyone.

Apex was referred to me by a friend, and I’m so grateful for these guys. They are knowledgeable, professional, answered all of my questions, and pointed me in the right direction i needed to take re: HVAC leak that overflowed and ran under my floors. My house is currently having most of the 60 year old wood flooring replaced. If I had not called Apex it could have been much worse. They also replace the ball valves on my washer before it was moved to storage. I will continue to use them. They are my go to plumbers!

Mr. Clayton was very kind and explained what was causing my plumbing issue . I have been using APEX Plumbing for all my plumbing needs for the past year and have always received excellent service. The team at APEX is professional, reliable, and provides top-notch workmanship. They are also great at customer service and are happy to explain things and make sure I understand what is happening with my plumbing. House was built in 1959 and the old galvanized pipes and cast iron drain pipes had deteriorated to the point everything needed replacing. Apex plumbing did an excellent job and worked with me to get a price within my budget. Also their financing has a set number of payments. You are not stuck with perpetual payments unless you triple the payments like another local company does. Honest people, solid work, and good financing plans with a set number of payments.

After two different plumbers came to diagnose and fix an issue, we had Apex come to give one more quote. They found the root of the problem, which was much simpler than the previous plumbers thought. They were going to take apart our bathtub, when the issue was a tiny part at the faucet that needed replacing. Fixed in 10 minutes and saved me a thousand dollars! Will only be using Apex from here on out! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!
