“Called Allstar for help when I noticed my slab floor was unusually warm. Jack came out and recommended a third party to detect the exact location before he just started in tearing up floors. He came back as soon as we got our report and had the slab leak fixed quickly and efficiently.”

“they completely installed an incorrect unit (wrong style and wrong size). When I informed them of the mistake I was basically told it was my fault and they only agreed to fix their mistake because I had text messages showing where we clearly communicated the unit we wanted/needed with the technician.”
