Allstar Pro Services did an excellent job installing my new hot water heater. They were on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They were most importantly QUICK. The installation was done right the first time, with no problems two weeks later. I’ll definitely be using Allstar Pro Services again and recommending them to friends and family!!!!

My tankless hot water heater was not working, I called at 8 am and had a response from Lance, the technician 15 minutes later on a Sunday morning. He was able to come out in around an hour and quickly isolated the issue and had it fixed within 10 minutes. He also took the time to explain what happened and what I should look for and do if it happened again. Highly recommend this company and Lance, very prompt, professional and proficient service!

Called early today about a blocked drain line and within an hour Zach showed up and troubleshooted the issue. Unfortunately for me and this ole downtown Athens Historic home, we have more than a simple drain fix. He gave me options that helped me determine what to do next. Most importantly he was HONEST..I say this after getting another company (George’s) to give me a quote and let me tell you they were way outta the ballpark and didn’t offer the same solution. Because I’ve done plumbing and have unblocked lines before personally I knew Zach was being upfront. Thanks AllStar for providing reasonably priced honest and quick service! Thank you Zach!

Requested a quote for lawncare 5 days ago and haven't heard anything from anyone! Frustrating after reading their story and how they are so focused on customer service. 👎

Scam. I had multiple different companies calling me and texting me repeatedly -each one wanted to know all my information when they already had it. I'm so sorry I gave any of it away. They didn't even get my request correctly. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had to block seven different companies

Would not recommend, hands down one of the worst professional experiences I've had. We hired all-star to do a tub/shower replacement and they completely installed an incorrect unit (wrong style and wrong size). When I informed them of the mistake I was basically told it was my fault and they only agreed to fix their mistake because I had text messages showing where we clearly communicated the unit we wanted/needed with the technician. It took a month for them to come back and replace the tub/shower and they left a hole in my brand new shower walls that I now have to fix to prevent water from getting into my wall. Save yourself the headache and call someone else for plumbing services. Edited 7/21/25 Updating this review and improving the rating from 1 star to 3 stars. After the folks of All-Star Pro Services read my above review they called and asked for an opportunity to fix their mistakes and they were more willing to fix their mistakes this time around rather than trying to play the blame game. They sent in a team from their sister company All-Star plumbing and we were very pleased with the level of professionalism and the quality of the job. Still disappointed that a job that should've taken 1 visit took 3 and that my bathroom was a construction zone for 2 months but I do appreciate that the company had enough integrity to make sure the job was done right no matter how many attempts it took.

I had an external gas hot water heater replaced by Allstar Pro Services. I provided the hot water heater. The technician showed up on time and did a quality job. Just be sure to ask the price up front. Job was less than 2 1/2 hours from the time he called telling me he was on his way until he was complete. Bill was $980. I asked for a detailed bill but was told that they don't do that. Person on the phone said it was around $600 labor and the rest was parts. I really appreciate the work being done professionally and on time. However, it's hard to do business with someone when you don't know what you are being charged for. If I had a detailed bill, I might not feel this way. Follow up Allstar did follow up after my review and gave me an itemized bill .As I mentioned before they do great work and do it on time just know that it's gonna be expensive . $100 service call to tell me I needed a new tankless hot water heater . Then $650.35 for 2 hrs and10 minutes of work to install. That's was from the time he called saying he was on his way till he finished . I'm gonna give them 4 stars for the work they did , but not giving the price up front and having to ask repeatedly for an itemized bill was disappointing.

Highly recommend All-star Pro Services! Our tankless hot water heater started messing up yesterday and we didn't have hot water. I gave them a call around 8 am. I was expecting them to be able to get to us that day especially not that morning. But thankfully the technician, Zach called me at 9 am that they had an opening, he was at our house in a few minutes and finished in less than 2 hrs. It even included him having to go to the store and get something. If you're needing services give them a call first! 👌🏻

We have a wet spot on the carpet that returns after we dry it. The guy came and looked around, did some checking, and concluded that it wasn't a plumbing problem. He put a new valve on our toilet, but didn't charge us because he had to do it for diagnostic reasons. Because there was no plumbing work to be done, he didn't charge us anything, even after we offered to pay for his time and expertise.

Called Allstar for help when I noticed my slab floor was unusually warm. Jack came out and recommended a third party to detect the exact location before he just started in tearing up floors. He came back as soon as we got our report and had the slab leak fixed quickly and efficiently. They are fair and honest! Will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend Allstar!

Allstar Plumbing is the best covering Athens, surrounding cities .. very professional. I will use them for all my plumbing needs. Zach Adams is very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely ask for Zach for any plumbing questions and for plumbing repairs. I really appreciate Allstar Plumbing Zach and Brandon. It’s great doing business with an awesome company.

They sell your name and contact information phone number email to all these other companies/ contractors who then will harass you for years with phone calls to get your business for all and any Contracting they harass the hell out of you do not give them your information. They should get zero Stars their blood suckers

Great experience with these guys. After our sinks and toilet begin backing up late at night we got a plumber on the phone on the first try. Jack came round the next morning, first thing, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Wonderful service, pleasant to deal with and I would highly, highly recommend!

Was lucky to get a technician come out within 2 hours of my call. Friendly, professional and affordable. Fixed what had to be fixed, answered all my questions and I appreciate that boots/shoes were taken off every time he entered the house, as we do not wear shoes inside. Will definitely use Allstar Pro again!

We found a water leak in our water main yesterday and gave AllStar Pro Services a call this morning and Zack came out early this afternoon. He fixed the pipe quickly and efficiently. This is the third time we have used AllStar and highly recommend them as they have always been very courteous and efficient.
