“We first contacted Allstar to fix a water mixing issue. They came and charged us to diagnose the problem and said that it was a cartridge in one of the showers that had failed... A few weeks later, we were still having the issue and so we had them come back. Another guy, Jose comes out and says our issue was that actually our recirculator was sending hot water into the cold.”
