I had a kitchen faucet that was leaking and I though I could fix it myself but it was more than I could handle. They responded quickly and gave me the estimate up front. Once I got the new faucet he got me scheduled for the next morning. Alex and Daniel showed up when expected and were quick and professional. We discovered water coming through our basement wall near the entry of the main water line. I knew we needed to find a skilled plumber to fix this issue because it was so close to the main water line. I called Alliance and Dimitry answered immediately and scheduled us for next-day service. Alex and Daniel arrived on time and began to diagnose the problem. They took the time to explain the issue, which turned out to be a leak in the main water line outside of the exterior basement wall. As a homeowner, this made me nervous because I knew this would involve some major work. Alex and Daniel did an excellent job of explaining what they needed to do and were very transparent and up-front about the repair cost, which was reasonable. They went to work and fixed the exterior water line. In summary, this required a huge amount of work from the guys, and they got it all done within in a couple of hours. I was impressed with how quickly they excavated and found the water line, and showed me exactly where it was leaking. Finally, they replaced our ancient pressure valve inside and left us with brand new shiny pipes. Overall they made what could have been a stressful home service repair into a good one. I recommend them overall for three reasons. First, the prompt scheduling we received, second the skill and workmanship of the techs, and finally the reasonable prices they quoted us.

Alliance Plumbing & Drain replaced our main water line. Dimitry, his co-owner, and employees were fantastic to work with. We first discovered the leak right around the time we were leaving the country for the holidays. When I initially contacted the office, in the early morning hours on December 20, I had to leave a message. However, within 15 minutes or less, Dimitry returned my call and discussed his company’s repair and replacement processes. We agreed he would do his initial inspection upon our return. He texted and emailed me a video, which provided instructions for turning off the meter valve while we were away, a professional courtesy I appreciated. When we returned, Dimitry and his employees came out, performed the inspection, and discovered that our leak was quite substantial. Full water main replacement was recommended. The next day, they completed the replacement. Not only was the work very neat, they treated our property with the upmost respect, meticulously cleaning up the work area. Their pricing, while not the lowest bid we received, was competitive relative to the market. Without reservation, we recommend this company.

I was quoted what I believe was a fair price for an emergency situation, which included replacing the water heater, expansion tank, and shut-off valve. Impressively, Dimitri managed to send three technicians—Vitaliy, Igor, and Dorel—to my house within 30 minutes, and they already had everything they needed in their van. When they arrived, the team quickly assessed the problem and immediately got to work. In just two hours, they had everything fixed! I am incredibly pleased with their efficiency and professionalism. I can't recommend Alliance Plumbing and Dmitriy's team enough. I’ve used them before for a basement leak, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Recently, I noticed my water bill was higher than usual, and the water company identified a slow leak, however there were no visible signs around the house. I contacted Dmitriy, who quickly sent Nick & Alex to pinpoint the source. They found the issue was with our toilets. Dmitriy went above and beyond by recommending two different types of toilets for us to purchase, as the areas they were being installed in required specific models. He then arranged for Michael & Alex to install them the very same afternoon. The entire team was professional, and when they finished, there was no trace they had even been here. Alliance Plumbing & Drain did an amazing job at our home. Demitriy was great to work with, and Vitaliy (Master Plumber) and Phillip handled the install flawlessly. They removed two old exterior tankless units, installed a new Navien 240A2 with recirculation, added a new main shutoff and PRV, and set up a Flo by Moen whole-house monitoring system. The team used ProPress fittings (a huge plus for durability and clean work), tested everything, and their workmanship looks absolutely spotless. The Flo by Moen device (installed as part of an insurance claim) works perfectly, and the new tankless water heater has made a huge difference for our family — especially the built-in recirculation since we no longer wait for warm water throughout the house. Professional, fair, and detail-oriented — highly recommend!

We had Vitaliy and Nick out to help us with a problematic toilet that continuously filled with water, as well as a post inspection repair item regarding our water pressure. Hire them!! We have been calling Alliance for four years now and they have always been so professional, knowledgeable, and amazing to work with. Their work is excellent and they won't try and upsell you on anything, they're focused on fair pricing and doing what actually needs to be done, and in a pretty fast turnaround too. We've had them replace toilets, update water pressure valves, add an expansion tank to our water heater, install new washer & dryer hookups, and went above and beyond to do a really thorough inspection report for us selling our house to help satisfy some stringent buyer loan conditions. I really can't recommend them enough, they have saved us so many times.

Woke up to main water leak outside house. Dmitriy was able to get guys here early afternoon. Outside underground connection had separated due to use of improper connection fittings causing water leak. They were able to repair outside house with proper fittings avoiding replacing the pipe that cut through the house foundation with significant savings. Also upgraded main line inside basement by replacing the fittings and pressure relief valve. I have used Alliance over the last 5 years for various plumbing issues. They have always provided quick responses, reasonable prices and excellent work. I highly recommend them. Great communication.

I used Alliance Plumbing multiple times before since 2020. I initially got a recommendation from a member of our new HOA and was very happy with the entire experience. I again used them recently and was so impressed with their quick responses and professional work. I did not have to supervise their work and when I checked after they finished, they not only did a great job, they also cleaned up everywhere they worked - that is rare for most contractors. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs - they are not cheap, but they provide excellent value for money and a pleasure the work with.

Add to the long list of positive reviews for Ivan (and I guess Johns Creek Plumbing). I had an issue with the toilet sealing coming off; resulting in my bathroom smelling like a sewer and eventually leaking pee into my downstairs ceiling (gross I know). Ivan was available for a next day appointment, was very friendly and "straight to the point", worked hard and got it taken care of. Even did a free "bonus" fix of an issue my sink pipe was having (results aren't normal, but he said it was something easy and handled it for me). Great guy, easy to work with, could not recommend more.
