“My hot water heater was not heating. I had an estimate from another plumbing company. They charged 49.95 to look at my hw heater and quoted me $3,500.00 to replace it. Bobby came out immediately and discovered my husband had just turned a dial wrong. All Star didn't charge us at all.”
