He went above and beyond to order a safety on the Garbage Disposal which means he gets to come back again! You’re very Lucky to have such a hard worker who did an amazing job for your Company. Cristian came to my house to see what was going on. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, funny, gregarious and helpful. He explained to me in layman’s terms about what he would be able to do. The next day, Cristian and his protege, Jeremy, came to my house to do all the work. Both were very nice and respectful. I’d definitely use them again for years to come!

We had them install a new natural gas line to a new pool water heater (as well as other things). The heater kept cutting off despite an excess of gas pressure. After many hours of consultation with the manufacturer and other technicians in the field, the solution was finally achieved. The persistence that Justin, Ryan and the rest of the crew showed is a testament to the professionalism, customer service and integrity that one can only wish for from a handful of businesses today. David of All Star Plumbing and Air checked out the drainage issue I was having and cleaned out the drainage pipes. He explained everything thoroughly and suggested some potential future projects to help with some issues may arise in the future with the way my house was plumbed.
