Called All Pro because of a blocked drain at about 10:00 am. Was told they would be here within the hour. Called back later and said they got held up and would be here by 4:00 pm. Still no plumber at 4:00. Called again and was told they were in Frankfort and headed our way. Frankfort is approximately 25 minutes from our home. They finally show up at 5:45! They work for 45 minutes and charge $315.00 (which includes at senior discount). When we question the price Chris tells us it's an extra $75.00 for service after 4:30. At no time were we told about the extra charge up front. Chris also wanted to check all the plumbing in the rest of the house to make sure everything was working ok. When we refused he smarted off. Chris was quite unprofessional and stated it was fine with him if we weren't a repeat customer. Kept saying he and his coworker didn't set the prices. They refused credit card payment and pushed back about taking a check for payment. He preferred cash. Needless to say he took a check. I would NOT recommend this company!
