Josh was able to help me when I had a pipe break. He was professional, on time, and his prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend their services.
Water heater went out while I was on vacation. Not surprised because it was over 20 years old. Called Josh Saturday and there were here Monday morning at 9. Got the job done for me in a few hours. Cost a little more than I was expecting but the heater was in a cellar and it was very difficult to get the old one out and the new one in. Josh and Ray were super super nice. Very happy with the job. Will def use them again
All Home Plumbing Company is the best plumbing service we have ever used! We had an issue with our water heater. They came the day after we called, went under our house, installed a new pressure valve, and took care of the problem! Very nice, professional service! We will never look for any other plumbing service. They are reasonably priced and even cut the estimated price! We highly recommend this company!
Part 1: my toilets are bubbling and backing up into my showers throughout the entire house. Called all home plumbing and the guy that answered was very nice and promptly got a plumber to my home that day. Was told that I had a clog of cotton products and that the clog was “cleared”. This visit was $375 during regular business hours. Part 2: exactly one month later, toilets are bubbling and backing up into the showers. This time it’s worse and flooding the bathroom floor. I quickly find out that all home plumbing does not offer 24/7 service, so I left a message. No response. I end up having to call roto rooter at 9:30pm for an emergency appointment. . Took roto rooter 2 hours to get things “workable” for the night. This time, same problem, but no clog to be found. This “emergency visit/after hours visit” is $350. I still have not received a return phone call from all home plumbing. Part 3: Roto rooter came out and put a camera down my pipes and turns out my drain line is completed severed in 2 and there are roots growing into it. Pitiful customer service, no 24/7 care, and a total rip off because clearly they did not fix the underlying issue.
I prefer to support local companies, unfortunately, plumbing work was average, price was not great, and customer service was very poor. In fact, they did not even install a hose we had to then go purchase ourselves for a faucet installed. All that said, I followed up for a second job and was essentially ghosted. I called and texted multiple times with no reply. My husband called from a different number and they picked up and said oh yes we are just busy. Two months later, still no follow up. I would far rather a business just be honest and say they don't want the job. I called Hiller which came out immediately and had great customer service.
Didn't realize how inconvenient shutting my water off with the inside mastercutoff, due to a faulty kitchen faucet , would be for a few days. Up and downthe stairs to turn on the water as needed for bathing, etc., proved to be quitethe aggravation. I consoled myself with mental images of stories my grandmotherwould share with me about taking a scrub board to the creek (!). At any rate, while weighing the option of complete kitchen restoration, or just get a newfaucet for now, my decision was made for me when my master cutoff was leaking.I placed a 5 gallon bucket to contain the constant drizzle and headed to myoffice. While waiting at a red light, I was wondering who to call when, likemanna from Heaven, I noticed the service van in front of me was an All HomePlumbing vehicle. I contacted Josh, a delightful, pleasant professional; he wasgreat in coordinating his schedule with mine, noting the immediacy of thesituation. I was eagerly awaiting his call at my home, waiting in the drivewayfor his arrival in order to show him the master cutoff, when one of hisbeautiful service vehicles appeared - 5 minutes early. I was expecting a bitof a wait, knowing he was so busy. Nope. Met a talented plumber - Ray - whosaved the day. Josh, ensuring I was well served in a timely manner, as anotherissue arose (leaking plumbing under the sink), came by, also. The new faucetwas installed and the leaking plumbing was quickly repaired; he must have quitean inventory of plumbing parts, as Ray had everything he needed to accomplishthe mission. No "Sorry, sir, gotta get some parts ..." - he had everything inhand. And the leaking master cutoff downstairs? Josh tightened things up,stopping the constant drizzle. He did say this might be only a temporary fix,but call him if it started again. By the way, he didn't charge me for this. Inshort, I highly recommend this company. Dennis Keith Daw, DDS dawdental.com
This business did not do a significant amount of work at my mom's house. I wrote the review before her check didn't clear. He called me and wanted me to take the review down from the page so people would not know how they do business. He called me and said he would come to the house and fix what was wrong, but never showed up. He did call one day and let the phone ring one time and then hung up several times. Everytime you flush the toilet you have to pour water into the tank and the toilet bowl just to flush it. Then you have to do it again, and again, and again. The hot water in the kitchen sink still runs in a stream. All the guy was supposed to do was put a washer in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, and put a heating element in the water heater. The guy said he was here 4 hours and that is a BOLD FACE LIE!!! He charged my mom who is 83 years old and handicap and has been turned over to hospice $700 + dollars for stuff he said he did. He also turned the water pressure down so low and that is why the toilet won't fill up. Now I have to find a honest plumber to fix her plumbing problem! He saw a victim and took advantage of her. Shame on people like that! There is a special place in hell for people like that. May God have mercy on their souls, because I don't. I Sherry Smith did not write him a check. My 83 year old disabled mother that is confined to a hospital bed wrote Randy the check. He fed her a bunch of B.S. about the plumbing and took advantage of her!! All that was needed was a washer for the sink in the kitchen and bathroom and a heating element for the hot water heater. That Is All!!! You Should Not Take Advantage Of Elderly Disabled People Like That!!! The owner called me and wants me to take my post down! HA!!! Maybe channel 3, 9 & 12 would like to do a news story about this crooked company. Ring, ring.
The good part is that they showed up when they said they would and they fixed the issue. The bad part is that we asked them to call us when they got there to give us a ballpark on price... they never called and never followed up after we texted them. We requested a bill twice. We finally received it a few weeks later and were shocked that they charged $175/hr (plus service charge and parts which we only needed a drain snaked so no materials required). Also, they fixed something with the sink that we never requested fixed. When we called them on it, they took off the service charge to show up but not the part fixed that we didn't request to be fixed. $337 to snake a drain is a bit much.
From my call to the office to discuss my issue in the afternoon to someone being at my home and having the issue resolved all happened in just a few short hours. My main water line to my home was broken in half, and Pete dug the area and part of my driveway quickly and efficiently by himself to repair the line. I wasn't expecting this to be an easy or quick repair, and I was also expecting the cost to be much higher based on other companies I've used this year to make several other plumbing repairs to my home. Pete was informative and friendly, helping me understand the problem. I will certainly use this company in the future and recommend them to others in need. Thank you so much!
My twenty year old water heater was out when I returned from a trip. Called three or for places for estimates and scheduling. Most everyone was over a week out. Estimates were all over the place. A friend recommended Josh. Called him Saturday and his crew was here at 9 today (Monday). Ended up costing a little more than the quote. Water heater is in the cellar of an 85 year old house. Getting the old one about and the new one in was crazy tricky. Josh and Ray were awesome guys. Got the heater in and it works like a charm. Very very happy. Have saved the number in my phone so I can call them again. Hopefully later rather than sooner
We have brought a hot water heater my husband put it in and it started leaking from the Pressure valve. We called (ALL HOME Plumbing) they came out that day we called and he had to replace the valve under the house and the blue tank on top of the water heater. We had water but still no hot. We called again. He came out the next day in the later that evening they was working on a big job!! At this point we was wondering what it could be!! It was the wire nuts they was old!! I want to thank them for a great job. And when I called to asked if someone can came out they called me right back!! I do Recommend!!!
I will never call these ripp offs again. All my mom needed was a washer in the bathroom and kitchen sinks. Randy gave his BS speech and ripped her off. The problem is still not solved and he created another one. Now when you flush the toilet you have to put water in the top of the tank and the toilet bowl a few times just to get it to flush. They charged her $749. Service call $35, materials$154, other charges$35, labor $749!!!!!! Said he was here 4 hours but he WASN'T!!!!!! All that was needed was a heating element and a washer for the kitchen and bathroom sinks!!!! These people will ripp you off!!!!!
I had 3 issues but only 1 was resolved. Had contacted owner by phone in advance to describe issues: 2 bathroom faucets leaking; stagnant water in basement causing foul order throughout house. Needed to know source of water. Technician repaired 1 faucet; said 2nd one needed to be replaced. He contacted owner (Josh) regarding stagnant water. Josh said "that's what sump pump is for. Tell her to replace the nonworking pump." He was not able to trace source of stagnant water. Charged $125.00 to put washers on 1 bathroom faucet. Stayed 1 hour but much of time was spent on phone with Josh.
All Home Plumbing has never let me down! Josh and everyone there has always been great. I had a massive water leak the day after Thanksgiving and Josh was there, replacing an entire line in the yard. The bill for that was about 1/3 if what I expected! I have used him several times for other repairs and have never been disappointed. Josh is very kind and knowledgeable, as are his other plumbers. It is very important to me as a homeowner to know I have a professional to rely on for my plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend them- you will not be disappointed!
We called All Home Plumbing because of a leaking shower. The guy that came was very nice and respectful and finished the job without any issues. However, I wish I did my research beforehand because the bill was a shock, $450. I called 3 competitors and their fees were all significantly lower. My husband talked to the owner and expressed his dissatisfaction with the high bill, the owner subsequently returned $28. From this point on, I will definitely call several plumbers before I need something fixed and All Home Plumbing won't be on that list.
