“Was not real happy with my telephone conversation. I needed a second opinion on a slab leak. The man on the phone made me feel like he didn't want to come to check out my situation. Conversation ended and left me with the feeling he had so much work he didn't even want to bother with me. Will not call them again.”
“Watch out for this company. They bid low on the phone then hand you a non-broken out invoice with just a narrative of what they did and a lump sum for three times the verbal amount given. When asked to supply a broken out invoice they would not citing that their auditor told them not to. What kind of plumbing company doesn't supply a broken out invoice unless they have something to hide. This one!”

Steve from All Complete, informed her that Otis was going out of town but would stop by and delay his trip to check our situation. He did stop by and he fixed the problem.
