“The technician spent over an hour in the basement and then informed me that my heat exchanger was cracked...When the paperwork arrived by email, there was no mention of a cracked heat exchanger, which immediately raised a red flag. To be sure, I contacted another HVAC company for a second opinion. Within minutes, the second technician discovered that my heat exchanger was not cracked at all.”
