All Comfort Services was amazing! After scheduling with a different company, that took 10 days for their "project manager" to come out and provide no help or information about my situation, I contacted All Comfort Services. They had a knowledgeable technician at my house less than 24 hours later. The technician explained my situation thoroughly and provided me options to resolve it. When we decided to replace our water softener, the technician started immediately on the work and completed the work within 2 hours. The pricing was transparent. The technician explained everything to me before leaving and provided clean work leaving behind no mess. Thank you to Ariana and Rich at All Comfort Services for taking care of my problems so quickly!

We have used All Comfort Services since we purchased our home in 2014. The maintenance and service provided were always top notch. We had a technician, David out on the coldest night of the year and he was able to get us a couple of days, but we ultimately needed a new furnace. Will came out to show us our options, and got us set up with a new furnace and AC. In just a couple of days, two incredible technicians, Mike and Dylan, came to install. They were so professional and respectful of our home. We had contractors in to work on a different issue and they were very respectful. While needing to replace your furnace is never the best news, All Comfort Services made it completely painless. We cannot thank them enough for their time and excellent service! Would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My air conditioner quit working on Sunday May 17. I filled out an on line form for service Sunday morning, and they called me 7:30 Monday morning to say a service man would be on the way. Shortly after the service technician, Joel Barlow, texted me and said he was on the way. He arrived quickly and he knew what the problem was, a bad condenser fan capacitor. He had the part in his truck. It was operating in a few minutes. He also opened up the unit and cleaned it all out with a water hose. Then he came inside and measured the inlet and outlet temps. No other service companies did this. I was impressed. I highly recommend All Comfort Services. I will use them from now on.

I hired All Comfort to perform a furnace tune-up. The technician spent over an hour in the basement and then informed me that my heat exchanger was cracked, causing high CO levels, and that I would need a new furnace. I was scheduled for a follow-up appointment with a salesperson. When the paperwork arrived by email, there was no mention of a cracked heat exchanger, which immediately raised a red flag. To be sure, I contacted another HVAC company for a second opinion. Within minutes, the second technician discovered that my heat exchanger was not cracked at all.The real issue was that the gas pressure valve had been turned up, leading to the high CO readings. Not only was the initial diagnosis completely false, but I also doubt that All Comfort actually performed the tune-up I paid for. The condensate drain and pump, which were supposed to be cleaned, were clearly untouched (see photo). When I called to report what happened, All Comfort quickly refunded my money — which I appreciated — but I’m still out the cost of the second company’s visit. Had I not trusted my instincts and gotten a second opinion, I could have spent $5,000 unnecessarily on a new furnace I didn’t need. Hiring them for a “tune-up” turned into a very unnecessarily stressful experience

Edited to add: I stand by my review. Communication WAS lacking. Emails with the estimate to be reviewed were not sent in a timely manner and caused delays in the work getting done. There was a big delay in getting someone to fix the mistake with the water line and damage to the drywall. This job should have been made a priority since it was not completed as promised due to an inexperienced contractor. That didn’t happen. No care was taken with our personal items. No tarps, garbage disposal, etc. we have pets, kids, etc that use the space. The “apology” we received was rather condescending , such as the language used in the response here and made excuses for, rather than owning the issues. Still would not recommend services. Worst service ever! Choose literally anyone else! First off Taylor’s communication is sub par at best. We’ve been strung along for close to 3 months now trying to get our work done. We had a heat pump installed but we didn’t realize our home would be torn apart multiple times, for three months. We have to be the ones to reach out always for updates. We needed an inspection/home energy audit/blower test to complete the work. Can’t you streamline these things to one day. Can’t you use the square footage of the home, past energy bills, etc. ? First off: the electrical panel upgrade-no one told us about the digging in the back yard: literally the first rule of digging is to all diggers hotline. No one did this. They nicked our tds line. Then had the nerve to blame it on tds saying the line wasn’t buried deep enough. Umm no, don’t blame others for your mistakes. They didn’t call to set up tds to come out and fix it, but rather made us do that. They messed up our gfci outlet and it took over a week for them to come fix the problem they created. Then, we were told we needed an inspection on the new panel we waited around twice for this for 2 no shows. Then we were told we didn’t need an inspection after all. Ridiculous! Like, why can’t you stream line these things- when we had our solar panels installed, the inspector came the same day. Minimize disruptions to busy people’s lives. They didn’t come back and replace our cabinet after they promised this. Still waiting on this… Next, plumbing: thor is the worst. He’s inexperienced and does messy work. He forgot to turn the water back on before he left. He was supposed to install a water line to our fridge. He couldn’t do it. He drilled a massive hole in our drywall and left a giant mess. He moved fragile items in our storage closet that we were not notified to move. Things were broken. Everything covered in drywall dust. It took us 2 times to call and it’s been 3 weeks later for them to come fix the mess he made and the job he was supposed to do. When I asked about this “oh Thor’s new he shouldn’t have come out himself” oh you think? Maybe have better planning next time. The heat pump install: rude workers. “Can you move your car, so I can pull the van in the driveway? Im not walking that far to the street!” This was mike. Rude. Loud inappropriate conversations between the workers. Cursing. Had to move more items last minute due to them not telling us we needed a return air vent installed. We can’t use our basement! Three months of this. Super stressful. Will never use again. Highly recommend someone else. Lesson learned: get a second opinion.

Eric is very polite and knowledgeable. He worked on our furnace it is running smoothly. Jesse performed a furnace inspection and did service work. Very professional and nice to work with. All comfort and the team were very accommodating. Would recommend . Mike performed our AC check up and was very professional. Nice and polite, a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions . Would recommend. December 17 2024 we had our annual furnace check up. Our technician was Zach who did a very professional job. Zach was very pleasant to work with. Would recommend Zach and All Comfort for all mechanical needs. All comfort just installed a new water heater. Levi and Thor were the plumbers. They did an awesome job. Very professional and polite to work with. Would recommend. March 25 2026 Rich from All Comfort installed a new water softener. He did a very professional job. The softener looks great and works well. Rich answered all questions and explained the water softener process. Would highly recommend All Comfort and team. 6-1-26 Matt with All Comfort performed a A/C check up and everything went good. Matt was professional and knowledgeable answered all questions that I had. Would recommend All Comfort for your HVAC needs.

I used this service two times, first time was great second time was a complete waste of time and money. First time AC kept shorting out so I called Cardinal, and a few others before landing with All Comfort. I chose them because they actually had a person you can speak to unlike the others who sent you through what feels like 20 minutes of automated questions that only end up having you explain everything to a person in the end. First call came with an emergency dispatch fee of $150 guy came in checked everything out identified the problem and was able to fix it in under an hour for a total of $550-approx for a controller replacement (part was only $80). Second call was for some routine maintenance that I felt was needed before the summer starts. The maintenance was to include a cleaning of AC unit which wasn’t completed. Luckily I had cameras throughout my house which showed the HVAC tech pull a couple covers off place them back on then proceeded to fill out his billing statement. I DO NOT recommend these guys for anything including emergencies since you don’t know what quality of technician is coming out. Pros- some good workers and a person will answer when you call. Cons- poor work ethic, over priced, lazy techs.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. We had a terrible experience and would under no circumstances recommend All Comfort. We had a clogged toilet that the plumber claims to have fixed but did none of the actual checks to determine if it truly was unclogged before leaving. When we called back to let All comfort know that the toilet was still not working the next day, we were told that they would be charging us again to come fix it. They “ couldn’t be sure we hadn’t been flushing things again and had created a new problem.” Customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive. We highly don’t recommend All Comfort for the scam they pulled by having a plumber come out and not fix the issue but charge us for it. After All Comfort refused to make it right, we called another plumbing company who immediately checked the main line and saw that it was dry, meaning no water had been able to get through for some time. They were able to fix the issue, but only because they actually did the work to check vs just snake it and call it a day.

The two guys worked diligently to upgrade a 68 year old electric panel and upgrade it to this century! They were professional, courteous and left the area tidy after their day's work. Many thanks! Update a year later. We have had All Comfort back in to do electrical work on a bathroom and kitchen remodel.excellent. We also had them rework our HVAC ductwork, plumb in the remodeled kitchen and bath, and install wired smoke detectors. Overall they have provided excellent service, and their communications are always clear and timely. Rich just finished the kitchen sink install. Very clean work and the attention to detail you want in a quality tradesperson. Thanks Rich! Happy to be an “All Comfort” home!

I contracted with All Comfort to install a mini-split on my 3rd floor. Excellent from start to finish to finish. Went over all information and answered questions throughout the process. My installation was extremely difficult because of 3rd story dormers where a mini-split was installed. I am very impressed with All Comfort installers!!! Problem solving together, they were able to come up with a plan to work around the challenging obstacles. Most importantly when it was all installed, one of the technicians went over how to operate the system very patiently and made sure I throughly understood completely!!! Thank you All Comfort!!! 💕❤️.

This is another review about Dave Hess, who just inspected our system before the summer. Dave is a first class technician, highly experienced, knowledgeable, with great rapport with the customer. As usual, his simple hvac summer system check was not only thorough, but he also checked his previous work with reducing humidity and made a slight adjustment. He is very thorough and is unparalleled at identifying small issues that less experienced techs would miss. Comfort Services has a great rep with us because we identify Comfort Services with this man and always request him by name. He deserves a 6-star rating.

Speedy, professional service. I used All Comfort Services website's "Book Online" option at 3 PM yesterday to replace my leaking water heater. I scheduled my service call for today from 8 AM to 5 PM. Shortly thereafter, received a call from All Comfort Service with replacement quotes and conformation of my appointment. By 7 AM today, I was notified my plumber, Thor, would arrive at 8 AM. He was on time and had the new water heater installed by 10 AM. Great, professionally installed water heater in less than 24 hours. Best thing is that I didn't have to take a cold shower.

Pete saved the day! It’s a simple as that. But here is the real story. I’m a single mum and my power went out on Sunday. Late Sunday. And this was THE ONLY COMPANY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE. Zack called me within 10 minutes. I was in a panic. He walked me through safely setting the panel back up. He assured me my family would be safe until the morning. And we were. This company can be trusted. I am picky. I don’t leave reviews. But I will for All Comfort because they are rare now a days and deserve recognition.

We had them fix our toilet within the last couple years and we didn’t like it, the handle was tough to flush and they said it’s because it’s the newest technology. The handle just broke. When I called, they responded that “we had disagreements over price, go elsewhere.” At the time, they assured us it was the newest technology which is why it was costly, but it’s now broke. We had them do furnace work too, and my son found a furnace filter that was all broken and bent—after their inspection. I’ll go elsewhere.
