A reminder that good people still exist. This week I had a plumbing issue at my house and called Alert Plumbing, a local family-owned company. After two days of hard work, Raul Ochoa and his son completed the repair. During the job we talked. I shared that I recently lost my wife and am now raising two teenagers on my own. When I asked for the total, Raul said, “Dan, you have enough on your plate. This job is on us. Take care of yourself and your kids.” I insisted. He refused. In a time when life feels overwhelming, their kindness meant more than they will ever know. They didn’t just fix a plumbing issue — they reminded me that compassion is still alive and well. They have a customer for life. Thank you, Raul and Jose.

I called them because there was a strange smell coming from behind our washer and dryer and they discovered it was from the upstairs unit that had a leaky water heater. They were quick to find and diagnose the problem and didn't expect anything from us. Really good guys and I'll use them again in the future. Thank you

Albert and his team are the best! I needed emergency service in Hollister today and they were very quick with getting back to me and was able to have a technician out to the job site within 3 hours. They resolved the issue quickly and sent me extensive videos to show me the problem and resolution which was so helpful since I live far from my property and am not onsite. I highly recommend Alert plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Unprofessional and deeply inconsiderate. This business has thrown years of late-night parties with booming subwoofers so loud they shook my windows. The noise often goes late into the nights, with zero regard for neighbors, families, or children. During a recent visit, my 3-year-old grandson was terrified by the noise. If this is how they treat their community, I wouldn’t trust them to treat their customers any better. Avoid supporting a business that behaves this disrespectfully.

Very satisfied with the work! Called them in the late morning to fix a water pipe leak under the concrete in our front yard. And they showed up around noon! Before the plumber arrived, we already broke through the concrete and dig up the hole just to the point where the leak is barely exposed. And Bryan took a look and quickly gave us a quote and took over the digging and the fixing part. Compared to the other plumber I contacted two days ago, this is super efficient and effective! From I called to the problem is fixed it was under four hours!
