Alabama Plumbing & Drain

We had a faucet leak in our bathroom and went through our home warranty. They scheduled Alabama Plumbing & Drain to come out and look at it. Our technician was Tex. He notified me when he was on his way and he was very professional and courteous when he came in and looked at our faucet. He even had me walk out and show me our water pressure to show that it was good and explain to me why that was important. He told me he would put in for a replacement and within two days he was back and finished the job. We will definitely use them again, and if they allow us to select our technician, we will ask for Tex.

I am so pleased with the work that Steve and Tex did at my home! I was a little anxious about it, as it was such a big job. I've had to resolve several problems with my crawl space and I was not eager to incur any more. Steve took a lot of time patiently explaining everything to me, however, and I felt much better. They completed the entire job in one day, and I was barely inconvenienced. They are both actual PLUMBERS, not wannabes or apprentices or unskilled "helpers", and that made me feel so much more confident. They were both so helpful and friendly, and I'm so grateful to have this big job behind me - relatively pain free! Thank you so much, Steve and Tex!!

We had no water after a previous service came. Tex, came after already having a full day. He assessed our situation and found a solution. He quickly provided the repairs needed and got to go home before it was too late! The office was also a jewel. She listen to my heartbroken speech, and called for help for us, just before 4:30pm. These are the people you want to call and save you from your plumbing problems!

I paid them to replace all the plumbing under the house and 40 feet of cast iron pipe. They replaced 25 and said the other 15 feet were good. Still charged me full price. They offered to give me a hundred dollars Back. I told them I would have someone else do the plumbing in bathrooms and kitchen. They should have replaced it all as they were paid to do. They said they were doing us a favor by not charging us more. Not professional company.

On time! Water heater was in a very difficult location to get to. Water heater now has a professional installed look to it. Installer looked professional, very friendly and knew what he was doing! Installer also stayed and checked all faucets with me to confirm hot/cold water flow after completion of job! Total cost of installation was very reasonable compared to R.R. or Lowes! I had an emergency last night but they couldn’t get to me. They gave me a number to another company and they couldn’t get to me either. I waited till this morning and I’m glad I did. Stephen came right over this morning and fixed me right on up. From the first phone call to the second Stephen left everything was perfect. I would recommend them a million times to anyone, thank you for making this experience a good one considering the circumstances.

I called my home warranty company about a hot water heater issue. Within 10 minutes of getting off the phone with them Alabama Plumbing & Drain was calling me to schedule an appointment for the next day. Two gentlemen showed up had the issue fixed within 20 minutes, answered all of my questions and cleaned up their small mess. Work was great, service was over the top and very polite people. I would use them again and highly recommend.

I just had Steve and Matthew at my work place, and could not be more impressed. They diagnosed and fixed our hot water heater within 25 minutes. They were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Another company came on Friday and told me the whole unit had to be replaced at a cost of $4,000. Thanks AL plumbing and drain, my boss and I will call you with all future issues.

The sweet lady that answered the phone probably heard my desperation at having a huge water leak! She sent Jonathan out to the house and he was here within 45 minutes! He explained everything and got the leak under control and totally fixed within 15 minutes!! I couldn’t believe it!!! I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs!!!!! Thank you so much!!!

I'm in Childersburg, the gentlemen came out today were timely, professional, courteous and did a great job. They were everything I would expect from professionals. I would recommend. I highly recommend Alabama Plumbing and Drain Company for their excellent service. They fixed the dripping faucet in my shower and did it in a very professional and neat manner. They also took the time to explain everything to me as they worked. I would call them again for any future plumbing jobs.

Amazing service! Sometimes you never what you’ll get with a contractor but had the best quality service with this team. Super easy to schedule and our technician Tex was on time, polite, and was able to quickly assess our problems and get us a resolution. Very happy to do business with them again!
