“Scheduled a technician to come check out our furnace for short-cycling. When he arrived, the furnace was running, and he did not check any voltage, components, or make any attempts to reproduce the short-cycling. After, he recommended that the only fix for my 7-year-old system was to replace it.”

“Everything was supposedly fine with our system while we were paying for the membership, and we were told no extra work was needed. Right after we canceled, a new 'issue' appeared: we were told the drain pipe is too small. It feels very questionable that this wasn't caught and fixed the first time.”
