Excellent service. Called in the morning and received a very fair quote for a main line cleaning. Came out early afternoon. Drew who came out was awesome. Professional and proficient at what he does. Would highly recommend especially if you want upfront honest service.
I called in at 9:30 in the morning when my shower was pushing out cold then hot water and back to cold. They put me on the schedule for that day and Michael came out before 12. He was awesome! Within a few minutes he knew what was wrong and had it fixed. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Pricing was reasonable and Michael was the best!
Terrible customer service. We had our HOA schedule a building water shut-off from 10-12 am as Affordable said they’d be here at 10 am to replace a main water valve. Finally, at 11 am when no plumber came, I called Affordable only to find out they cancelled our appointment. They did not even have the courtesy to reach out to me to let me know. If I wouldn’t have called them I would have had no information Now other work we had scheduled for this afternoon can’t be done and we will be spending more time and money. Thanks for nothing Affordable Will never use them Again
I needed a garbage disposal installed and called Affordable Plumbing. They made me an appointment and the plumber called and arrived when promised. The disposal was installed very quickly and I was very happy with both the work and price. I will definitely call them again with my future plumbing needs!
