“Terrible customer service. We had our HOA schedule a building water shut-off from 10-12 am as Affordable said they’d be here at 10 am to replace a main water valve. Finally, at 11 am when no plumber came, I called Affordable only to find out they cancelled our appointment. They did not even have the courtesy to reach out to me to let me know. If I wouldn’t have called them I would have had no information Now …”
