Water heater went out Saturday night called Justin at 10:30am Sunday and he was at my house at noon. Justin is very professional and knowledgeable and let me know what all my options were and his recommendation. I decided to replace the water heater and it was done before halftime of the Super Bowl.

Justin was great! Texted his ETA before coming and was right on time with scheduled appointment. Cleaned our bathtub drain, replaced the drain cover, and helped us set up our gas fireplace. Will definitely use him again for our plumbing needs!!

The best plumbing company in Austin. Justin with Affordable Plumbing helped me replace my commercial water heater for my nail salon. He helped me avoid getting taken advantage of by another plumbing company and knew all of the codes/guidelines for a commercial install. Before he even knew if I would go with his company, he helped me just because it was the right thing to do. Justin also met the inspector (required for commercial) to make sure everything went smoothly. I’ll also add, he has a very reasonable price. I will come to Affordable Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs!

Recently had the owner/ operator of Affordable Plumbing come out to perform two jobs: the first a routine drain cleaning, where he arrived early on a Saturday morning and quickly addressed the issue and a second job, just two days later, to fix a corroded hot water hose manifold. Affordable Plumbing lived up to their reputation within my neighborhood by staying in close contact throughout the process and worked collaboratively with me to inform what exactly he needed and how soon he would be able to complete the job. What's more is that I was receiving estimates that the repair would take ~3 hours by other companies, while Affordable Plumbing was able to perform the work in an hour - all while being the most affordable quote that was provided from five other plumbing companies. I had a fantastic experience working with Justin from Affordable Plumbing! He helped me install a kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and bathroom sink, and also repaired a toilet flange—all in one day!!! I’ve worked with other contractors in the past, and Justin’s standards are on a whole different level. He was incredibly responsive from the start, which made the whole process stress-free. Super fantastic service—fast and affordable. Justin came out the day I contacted him about the severe leak underneath the disposal side of my kitchen sink. He also explained to me what had gone wrong (it wasn't a good connector that hooked to the garbage disposal that had been installed a few months earlier by a different party). He fixed the problem by replacing that connector with a new, more reliable plastic pipe system. This design resolved the weakness of the original connector, which likely would have failed again! I highly recommend!

Justin was called out to my Dad’s for same day service for a major water leak. He was efficient, polite and very affordable. I wasn’t there to meet him but my Dad was and he was very impressed with how knowledgeable, professional, productive and efficient he was. I totally trust Justin. He’s knowledgeable and honest about his business practices. He replaced shower valve handle and head last time he came. He knew that all those parts had a guaranty after 10+ years and I only paid his fee. Que was quick and precise as usual. I highly recommend his services.

I had an emergency with a clogged toilet on a Saturday. Justin came by on the same day, removed the toilet, and took out the object that was clogging the toilet. The toilet flushes nicely now. I'm very satisfied with his work.
