Rick and his son do a great job on necessary dirty job with a pleasant attitude. They were efficient, profession and cleaned up when they were completed for a good price. Great to have local hard working people to work with!

I just recommended them to a friend of mine and realized I wanted to give them a public review. He installed a shower for me in the 2000s. I bought another house and had drain issues and remembered the great service I had before and he has been to my home twice now because I purchased a home that needs work. He and his son are very honest, very upfront with the pricing, friendly, thorough and most importantly honest. From the cost to when they say they will be there they are honest. Considering the world we live in today, honesty is hard to find and very appreciated. Even his friendly wife who takes the calls provides customer service you won’t get even at the grocery store. They arrive when they say they will. There’s no games or hidden fees or agenda. This is a one of a kind family owned business.

Very unprofessional just hangs up on people

Very Upset.Took advantage of my elderly Grandmother.Got a snake stuck in her drain.Charged her full price Then just left the snake line sticking out of the drain 1-2ft making it a sure saftey hazard.Took him atleast a month for him to come back then all he did was tuck it in the drain.This guy would come there every 6 months to clear the drain.We dont think he actually even cleared or checked the drains the last few times he was there.Very unprofessional.

Affordable Drain and Affordable Dave's Drain owned by same people. We used their services for Outdoor underground drainage pipe and were very satisfied!! They were on time, down to earth guys, easy to talk to (which is important to me) and knowledgeable, educated us on all they were doing and all the options we could take. This was at a rental property we own and not always can my husband be there to oversee these repairs being done Soo..... it's Important to me to work with companies that take the time to explain all that I need to know and be patient if I'm limited in that particular knowledge!!! My husband was there this time and we both agree they had great attitudes, the job was done well and the pipe was cleared, the problem was targeted and after all consulting together we chose to go from there on our own with a solution best for us. And they were very well priced!! Less than HALF the cost of most other places! Thank You Rick!

I called on Monday, they were here Tuesday. I knew nothing of the company, except their reviews. They were very reasonable, prompt, and were done in less than an hour. We had our basement drain done about one month ago by affordable drain cleaning. We were very please with that service. Suddenly, today our toilet started roaring and stayed in flush mode for several long minutes and a bunch of black stuff came up from our basement drain. I immediately called affordable drain cleaning expecting a large bill to be coming my way. Instead of coming out they walked me through the possibilities and and didn’t need to come out! Seriously! A company that cares enough talk you through a problem like a caring parent! Can’t recommend these wonderful people enough. I’m keeping them on speed dial!

I can not say enough about Affordable Drains/Dave's Affordable Drains. I got a call back with in an hour and a an appointment with in 24 hours. He came out and discovered what needed to be done was not drain related at all. He took the time to make recommendations on what I should do and how to go about it. Him and his company only cared about his customers best interest and are quick to respond. They're still honest contractors out there. If a problem should arise in the future he will be my first call.

This was one of the best experiences with a contractor I've had. Unlike many plumbers these days this place is still a mom and pop shop that answers their own phones instead of a phone service, will give you a ballpark estimate over the phone so you know you're not getting charged exorbitant rates once their at your door, and didn't even charge a fee for paying with card. They were polite and professional and arrived a few minutes early. Highly recommend.

Timely, friendly, knowledgeable and honest people. Called the evening before and they came the next day! They accessed the issue and realized it was a cracked drain and that the drain was not clogged. Since they only unclog drains they were unable to fix our cracked drain but they gave us recommendations for who we could call to have the cracked drain fixed. These are the guys to call for help and excellent service. Thank you!

We called them to come out and clear my in-laws bathroom sink drain stack. They came out same day and were on time for the window of time they gave us. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly opened and snaked out the drain line. They even cleaned up after themselves. Very reasonably priced compared to others we called. Can't recommend Affordable Drain Cleaning enough. They always answer the phone and are readily available. They are quick and efficient when it comes to snaking drains. I had my sewer back up a couple weeks later after they snaked it once and they had no issues coming back out to snake it again free of charge. Don't hesitate and give them a call!

Could not open my main drain left with my main plug leaking I text them ..did not respond to text and left a voicemail then got a response it was Friday and was told could not be back until Monday morning , I will not have the back. Another drain company had no problem opening the drain and cleaned up all their mess including basement stairs.

They communicated very well with me while trying to schedule the appointment, arrived right on time, and cleared my clogged drain very quickly and affordably! They also helped clean up afterwards. 100% would recommend them to anyone needing their services! I will definitely be using them again if I ever require plumbing services!
