Anthony gave us a great price on a new water heater. He and his apprentice installed it promptly, disposed of our old water heater and cleaned up the area. We are very happy with Advanced Water Heating Solutions!
I highly recommend Anthony and his team for any issues with hot water tank. They came out short notice and quickly assessed that I needed a relief valve. No upsell, just quality work at a fair price. No surprises.
Anthony has done great work for us in the past, so we talked with him about a larger utility tub to replace the old small utility tub in our basement. He gave us a nice price, and spent a few weeks helping us decide on a new unit. When all was done, we had a nice, new utility tub sitting in our basement. Great job, and all looked fantastic. Would without a doubt recommend Anthony and his company to friends due to his great work and diligence.
hey never contacted me and therefore have moved on. it continues to amaze me how all of these local companies repeatedly lower the bar of customer service
If I knew how unprofessional they were in advance, I won't hire this company. My central air conditioning unit did not produce cold air. The technician came and told us the motor was not functioning, and should be replaced. They would charge $600. The next day when he came, they would charge $800.That's fine as long as getting it fixed. The motor was replaced, and 3 days later, the air conditioning unit was not functioning again. The technician came and told us the refrigerant level is low and leaking. It was even NOT identified at the first visit. I said, that's fine. I will pay to get refrigerant refilled. But they said they could not just refill or fix the leakage, they would charge me $3500 to replace a new air conditioner. Totally unprofessional and greedy. I have to just let them go and find another company to get the job done. It was really a bad experience and bad feeling on top of spending $800, but not get the job done. Give a second thought when you hire this company.
You are probably here because the furnace / AC went out and you are looking for someone you can trust to fix it. Well, i was in the same boat as you on Tuesday and as of today, Friday, my furnace /AC is back in operation. Long story short, its hard to find trustworthy professionals that are courteous and friendly to solve your issue. Here's the details of my experience: I submitted a quote request via yelp and got connected with Premier Comfort. Allison got back to me within the hour via email and an quote to come see the issue. I appreciate this as not knowing what the cost would be is a huge reason for the anxiety in finding someone. Keith is awesome to work with. He was very professional and courteous as well as early for the appointment. He was in constant communication to let me know when he would arrive. Very knowledgeable and had a great process for diagnosing the root cause of the issue and recommendation was solid. He ordered the parts and had it installed in 2 day (part took a day to order). We implemented his recommendation and it solved the problem. No more extra troubleshooting or extra money spent. He was spot on with the cost and solved my issue. I look forward to working with Keith and see him as a trusted consultant when it comes to my HVAC needs. The fact that I'm writing such a detailed review says something. I usually never give lengthy reviews. I hope this helps!
Our furnace was making louder noises than usual upon starting and I submitted a form online to Premier after seeing good reviews on Yelp. They promptly responded and scheduled an appointment to have it checked at my earliest convenience (right before Christmas). That day turned out to be one of the coldest days of the year and we agreed to reschedule due to others having more urgent needs. A few days later our furnace stopped working overnight. I called first thing in the morning and they sent someone over within hours. The repairman was courteous and fixed the problem quickly without suggesting a total replacement until the end of the visit when he appropriately noted that the unit might not last the winter. There was no pushy sales pitch and no pressure at all. I asked about availability and pricing for a replacement and he had the information readily available. Later that day we decided to have it replaced. I called and they were able to come out the next day. The crew was on time, courteous, completed the installation faster than quoted, and cleaned up the space. They also noted that the current unit was undersized and were able to make the switch to a larger and more appropriate unit. They took the time to explain the new unit and answer any questions. That evening I received a call to check in on how the unit was working. I am happy we went with Premier as we had two great experiences with them.
Scheduled service call a week prior for a furnace clean, tune, & check; it's busy season for furnace work. Keith and James arrived on time and got right to work. They were courteous, professional, and answered any questions I had. Fortunately, everything checked out good and I was not pushed to buy something I didn't need, or require any costly repairs, which is actually refreshing for once to have an honest assessment. The last HVAC company I used for MANY years (advertises locally on the radio ALL the time) started nickel-diming me for this and that, and I was starting to question their business competence and integrity after several bad experiences; so it was time to find a new company that I could actually trust for HVAC needs. First time experience with Premier Comfort was good; since it is a smaller operation and I have acquired some trust issues with HVAC companies, the only thing I forgot to do was ask for credentials to assure they were actually licensed/trained properly for the job; I'm blind trusting all is good, even though their website (the one that works) is quite simple and doesn't mention anything about qualifications or training. The website listed on their business card is locked and set for termination, so I'm not sure what to think about that. I will be calling them again closer to Spring for an A/C system check; will report back if results or experience changes.
This has been a really disappointing experience. My claim was started on 1/17/18 and today is 3/12/18. It took them 2 weak to come out initially at which time they said they needed to order a part.I did not here from them again until 2/16/18 asking if anyone be home between 11 and 3 that day,I was at work and no one was home ,they left a message I returned their call and left a message which they did not respond to.I Called them again around 2/21/18 we scheduled for them to come out on the 3/2/18 they did not show up nor did they call to say they weren't showing up.I then called them again around 3/7/18 they ask if i would be available on the 12th or 13th of march . I told him I had to work so then he offered to mail it to me so that i could get some one else to install the part. I then sent and email to CHW and they reschedule for PREMIER COMFORT HEATING & Air Condition to come out on the 12th between 11 am and 3pm . My husband actually was home and waited for them. it is now 6:30 pm 3/12/18 and they are still not here. I had to leave them 3 messages before they texted me back telling me they would be here between 6pm and 7 pm.
I feel I am so lucky that I did my online search for nicely reviewed HAVC contractors to replace my 26 years old Lennox AC and I found Premier Comfort. Keith returned my call within an hour, gave me a quote over the phone after receiving pictures of my basement furnace room and outside AC unit, models, locations, etc. Their price is the most competitive among others. More importantly they can schedule my installation within next day and what a great installation team I have, Jason and Jim! They showed up on time, did an excellent job in a raining day, went extra miles to include a pad under the unit. The overall installation is seamless and smooth. They even cleaned up after the work. You can totally see they are happy employees and are willing to take extra steps to help you. I have nothing to say but really appreciate their outstanding work! For a job like this that costs thousands of dollars, go with a trustworthy company like Premier Comfort with outstanding reputations and great workmanship! You won't regret your decision!
NO RESPECT FOR TIME. Cancelled set appointments 3 times in a month. I empathize and understand that emergency work (ie homes with no heat) comes first, but I never was contacted to schedule a new appointment. After finally taking the initiative myself to set up a new appointment online to be at the house today for them to perform the work, I was called 15 mins prior to the appointment and notified they would be cancelling again. This was after 2 weeks of trying to get in the schedule after the first repair appointment was cancelled and after initial consultation on the work was cancelled as well. Which is to say that either they don't understand the concept of an appointment or they simply have no respect for their customers' time. Either way if you value your time and expect even average customer service, then look elsewhere as Premier Comfort is sure to disappoint you. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, a third time...the internet is going to hear about it!
Interested in a furnace tuneup before Fall set in, I reached out to several companies on Yelp to get quotes. Premier Comfort was the quickest to respond and their price was right in line with several of the other companies serving my area. Keith came out to my house the next day and worked on both of our furnaces. I had a few questions along the way and Keith walked me through what he was doing and even showed me what I needed to do for replacing the humidifier filter, even though it wasn't part of the order. As part of a side conversation, I asked about dampers and getting the best airflow for different rooms; Keith took a few extra minutes at the end of the job to walk around and adjust my ceiling diffusers to help get the heat where we needed it. The level of service was excellent and I will be using Premier Comfort again in the future.
As luck would have it, the coldest day in the Chicago area brought with it a rude awakening. Woke up to find out furnace wasn't functioning. With the current temperature outside -21F and wind chills reaching -55F, it was definitely an emergency situation. The issue was noticed at 6:30 AM this morning and I immediately opened Yelp to find a repair technician. Premier popped up as a near perfect 5 star company and is based in Fox Lake (where we live). I sent a quote request and got a response in about 10 minutes. We settled on using Premier and its now 9:45AM and the work is complete and we have heat again. Keith was great and very helpful to quickly restore our heat. The price was reasonable given the situation and response time. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for our future HVAC needs. Thanks guys!
Amazing job ! I am so passing on the good word for you guys , everyone was so professional and friendly ! I called to get an estimate on getting a new furnace installed and someone came out the same day . I finally decided to call and I called late at night and Keith from the beginning has been so helpful ! He was able to set up something pretty quick to have my new furnace installed . Both guys did an amazing job at installing everything and super nice . I honestly don't deal with big stuff like this because it's just to complicated and my husband takes over , but not this time all me because these guys made it so simply and smooth to deal with !!!!!!! I'm even fancy now with a new thermostat I can control from my phone! You guys are awesome so having you on my phone for future references :D
Our ancient air conditioner quit working on us a few weeks ago. We were split between buying a new unit or throwing parts at the old one. We had quite a few quotes. I came across premier comfort on yelp. I called for an appointment, they came out same day. They recommended a new unit as our old unit was from 1996. Premier comfort came in at the best price. We went with them. They worked around my schedule to set up the install. On the date of the install, they arrived on time and quickly got to work. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. The tech was careful to keep everything neat inside the house and wore booties so he didn't track in mud. The install took a few hours. The price was as promised. Great experience, I will be using priemer comfort for all my HVAC needs.
