Advanced Plumbing is far and away the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. They are quick to arrive, extremely knowledgeable, and their professionalism is above and beyond. They are the only company I will use.

There is no other plumbing company in the Northeast Georgia region that outperforms Advanced Plumbing in quality of service, professionalism, timeliness, and all-around positive customer experience. If I could give them 6 stars I would. A++

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Kelsey, Colin, Jacob and Westley were all extremely knowledgeable and were able to quickly determine what needed to be done to eliminate my problem. I am so thankful that they were recommended to me, and I want to pass that recommendation on to anyone else who may have need for a plumber.

Worst service ever. The behavior of the plumber is very rude. They are totally unprofessional.

Way overpriced

Knowledgable, honest, helpful! Reasonable pricing! Hire them! Fantastic! I contacted Advanced Plumbing after being advised by friends/owners of a B&B to "cancel everyone else" and go with them because they're "the best in town." After our experience with Advanced last week, I could not agree more. With gurgling toilets & sinks, plus sewage backing up into the tub, the problem we had serviced by a different company in Jan 2016 was back. The last plumber cleared the pipe and ran a video camera inspection and assured us we were good. A mere five weeks later when problems started anew, I feared we'd be facing several $100 's in repairs. Advanced Plumbing cleared the pipes, gave a clear, detailed explanation of our problem and most impressively, offered specific advice on how to conduct the repairs ourselves including parts needed and a couple of rough sketches on how to do it should we want to go that route. The estimate for them to fix it was extremely reasonable but we're going to give it a shot. (Husband works in construction - pretty handy.) In addition to the fantastic friendly & professional service, the pricing was very fair, with the entire bill coming in less than other companies have charged us just for the video camera inspection portion. I agreed that Advanced is indeed the best in town. I cannot overstate how pleased we were with their service.

I can't say enough good things about Advanced Plumbing. We have had a couple of problems with the plumbing in our 35+ year old house in the past year and used Advanced both times. The first time was an after-hours call because of sewage in our basement...Kelsey was at our house within 45 minutes and had everything cleared in less than an hour. The most recent time was less of an emergency (grease clog in kitchen drain) and when I called to make an appointment, they surprised me and were able to show up in 15 minutes. Again, it took less than an hour to fix the problem. Kelsey is very friendly and patiently explains the problem, and he always answers all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone, any time!

Called over the weekend and Colin spoke with me for over an hour trouble shooting all the issues we were running into and built a case for us that could be used when someone visited during the week to save time (and money for us). Jacob visited us on Wednesday on time with all the information he needed and got right to work. He resolved the issue and and even educated me on our septic system all within an hour. I even got to bounce some other small plumbing questions off of him while he was there which he helped with. Really could not have had a better experience with everyone that works here. We will be a lifetime customer without question!

Highly recommend Kelsey and Advanced Plumbing! We had another plumber out who had told us nothing could be done to improve/replace the shower head in our 1930's master bathroom without a major wall-ripping remodel, and Kelsey took barely 30 minutes to install a new shower head on a slide bar to also give us more height. Experience in the field makes a huge difference! He also quickly repaired two leaking faucets (also old fixtures) and was familiar with the name/make of the 1960's kitchen sink and faucet, explained the holes in the tile above the newer toilets, and knew the history behind everything else in the un-remodeled bathrooms.

Had an unusual & complex septic issue that was challenging to diagnose & resolve. Kelsey Davis & team were superb in technical & communication skills, acting as communication lead w/county & recommending other needed contractors. I would not have gotten through this complex problem without Kelsey as project lead. I’ve used Advanced for 10 years, but I can’t fully express how grateful I am & how much respect I have for Kelsey after this recent challenge. Previously they did smaller jobs like toilet replacement & service was just as excellent, but I highly recommend for larger projects as well.

Advance Plumbing is by far the best service. First, their office personnel are super friendly and helpful. They always try their best to get a team out to you as quickly as possible. Second, their plumbers are super nice and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and they will always tell you upfront the cost of repairs and anything additional you may need or not need. I've had them out to my house 3 or 4 times for different things that needed repair and each time they have been great to work with. I highly recommend Advance Plumbing & Drain Cleaning!

They did an excellent job pumping our septic tank. They have the small truck so were able to get much closer to the tank and do the job much quicker. With the larger truck most companies use they are limited where they can go due to both size and weight of the truck. All equipment was clean and well maintained and the two young men doing the job could not have been more professional and courteous. After they left there was no indication they had been there - walkway gravel replaced and groomed. Definitely recommend.

They also answered all of my questions and seemed more than happy to look at a few other plumbing issues in my 35-year-old house (two sinks and a leaking hose spigot).

Five stars tells it all. I needed a bathroom faucet replaced and had an aging refrigerator leaking water onto a hardwood floor...terrible combination! A team of two uniformed personable guys showed up, heard my concerns and started to work. They found the shutoff valve for ice the maker under the kitchen sink. Pull the fridge out to access connector on rear of fridge. Who knew? Gave me informed choices going forward ...etc., etc. good communication, after job clean up. All top notch.
