Justin told me on a Friday he would be there either the next day (Saturday) or Monday to fix the break. He didn't show, text or call on Saturday and the same on Monday. We hired Ace to: -correct the slope for the T&P valve exhaust pipe for proper drainage. -fastened sink in place at the main level bathroom. -tighten toilet to floor flange connection at rear upper level. None of the work listed above was completed. They claimed they tried to resolve it but were under no obligation to communicate this information to us …”

“After the gas company had to shut off the gas because of a leak in my gas logs I called Ace Plumbing and Gabriel came very promptly. After reflaring the connection he recommended installing isolation valves on the logs and the other gas appliances so that in future we won’t need to shut off the gas completely in the event of an isolated leak or other problem.
