“We had trouble with our basement drain backing up which ended up being a problem with our sewer line. I called on Saturday afternoon and Fred told me he could come out first thing Sunday morning. The problem ended up being bigger than first expected but Fred kept working on it and was able to fix it. We were so thankful for Fred coming out on a Sunday and fixing our problem.”
