Forgot to turn to Auto, time to do weekly test, not set correctly, generator ran 1 test, next week said Battery issue and wouldn’t do test. Tech checked- on Sun. not battery, motor running rough.”
“They set me up with a service contract without my consent after acquiring another company through which I had a contract. This was done without communication or consent. I called to cancel, they confirmed and yet continued to bill me for at least two months. Definitely not a reputable service.”
