Dan always discusses options and makes recommendations that are helpful to whatever plumbing problem he encounters. Once a plan of action is chosen, he efficiently carries it out. He is personable and pleasant to work with.

This company is great! My ejector pump was making strange sounds and was on its last leg. I called Yes! And within 2 hours, Mark called and I had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Dan is so personable and did a great job explaining everything to me and replaced my pump. We found I had some water coming from the ground and he went the extra length to try and figure out where it was coming from before he left. I would recommend Yes! Plumbing to anyone. I am a part of their premium club so it was nice to use my plan money towards my repair. The price you pay is worth it for great service and your piece of mind. Thank you Dan!

I took a chance on this company for a basic kitchen sink snaking - paid the $79 service fee to secure an appointment and declined the work after the gentleman told me it would be $800 when he arrived the next day! What a racket for a 45 min/1 hour task. Posting this because they refuse to give you any indication of approximate cost when you call (like most other companies do)... I may not have posted this review, but the gentleman also tried to convince me I needed someone who has at least a 100ft line to clear my drain line, which I know is absolute B.S. In any event... if you like their work great, i simply wouldn't recommend it. Revised my review and upped to two star because they did reach out to me and appologize for the service not being a fit.

I couldn't get an estimate to rod out the main drain until I paid an upfront $79 service charge. I understand that they could not provide a quote, but I thought I could get an estimate of what the minimum charge would be. Once the technician arrived, I was informed that their flat rate is $999. Knowing that the industry standard average around $300, I immediately sent Yes packing... This is a complete rip off. They charge you $79 to show up and provide an unreasonable quote without stepping foot into the property to assess the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

SCAM! BEWARE! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! It's funny how their responses to 5 star reviews say "thank you for your honest review". This zero star review is as honest as it gets! This place charges a $79 service fee just to come out to your house. They refuse to give you any sort of prices over the phone yet as soon as they get here, open a book and give you a price that is 5x the price of any other PROFESSIONAL company. This place wanted to charge $577 an hour to diagnose a problem on a water heater. I paid just slightly more than that for the water heater itself 3 years ago. They are a SCAM and are totally ripping anyone off that uses them. I proceeded to call actual plumbers that aren't scammers and was quoted over the phone by all of them, a price that was 1/5 the price of this place. We then contacted Yes Plumbing to refund our $79 since no service was provided and they are a complete scam, just want to collect your $79 knowing most people will not let them continue with their astronomical prices. They claimed they would call us back, never did, yet were able to reply to this review below. Wow. I then called several days later and was hung up on. The final time I called the guy went round and round in circles until I had to get real loud and just as unprofessional as he is. This place is so hard up for money and sticking to their scam that they won't refund $79 to someone who received NO service from them and the most unprofessional practices I have ever encountered in my life. DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. BEWARE! SCAM!

Yes! Plumbing was terrible. It is a sales scam and the individual wanted to charge me nearly $2,000 to change a faucet. Do NOT recommend! This is in response to their recent post. The quote was for over $1900. I had it fixed the same day a little later for $230. The plumber took advantage of some information from my wife she saw on youtube that the part is hard to find. He used that premise to excuse going into the wall and cutting pipes when it was completely not necessary and said...well, you said you couldnt get the part. Instead, he should have been honest and fixed the issue like our next plumber did knowing that part could be replaced. They do a long sales pitch to try to get people to commit to a "club" to drop the over $1900 price to $1600. The statement here by the person that responded is a lie. You can look at their binder under shower faucet replacement to confirm my information. They are the equivalent to a sleazy used car salesman pitch and likely pray on vulnerable nice people. Very sad excuse for a business model. Deceit instead of honesty. Try just doing a good honest job and people go out of their way to recommend those type of companies. Beware!!!

Everything . The professional courtesy , the transparency , the educating me on what they ( Mark & Ryan ) would need to do and why , leaving my home clean when they left , & how punctual they were . Yes , this is my 2nd review , but for some reason it appears no one saw it . Even though it said shared publicly . It's 4:30 AM I sure hope I got the helpers name right . ( smile ). Communication was excellent as well . Keep up the good work . Well...a few weeks ago my go to plumber had to pay me a visit - my stopped up sink said I need professional help . Yes got the call and responded quickly. As usual and as expected - provided 5 Star rating service. Professional * Punctual * Cordial * Knowledgeable * Clean...they even followed CDC guidelines. Kudos Dan R. My 1 remaining desire now is that the market would show more concern for those on a fixed income...Senior Citizens , The Elderly , and The Disabled who need the same things as young working healthy folks : Quality expert professional services - many of just need the market to reflect that consideration in the pricing - especially when you have us as loyal customers 😎 .

Hello to all. I will begin by apologizing for my delayed communication, as the service I received from Dan R. of Yes Plumbing was performed back on Dec. 30 2020. A hot water tank was installed. As of today Feb. 9 2021 the equipment is performing perfectly. The tank was a large financial investment for me and I am grateful that Dan R. was my technician as he walked me through the entire process, explaining every option that was available to me, from the initial inspection of the replaced equipment, explanation of its condition, cost of maintenance of keeping it. He then gave a complete analysis of purchasing a new tank; including warrantees and cost savings. As I am a retired senior citizen on fixed income, Dan R. fully explained my options in this area also. I could go on listing all of the positive results of my experience with Dan R. of Yes Plumbing, but I will end here by saying that Dan R. has excellent technical and social skills. Wanted $4,200 for 50 gallon 6 year warranty water heater installation and removal of old tank. Almost 4 times the price I paid Service 1 for exact same job. I paid $1,400. Also $79.95 charge just to show up and try to sell you into joining their'Club' with a monthly fee. I would highly NOT recommend them. Try Service 1 or Szabo plumbing, all quoted the job $1,400 to $1,490. Does Homer Glen, il. ring a bell? Tried calling you like you requested to 'verify' and left my number with the girl that answered my call. You Never called back. Lol. Do not waste your time or money ($79.95) charge to just come out and look.

I called because I was experiencing back up with my main line. The guy on the phone was nice and hospitable. My plumber, Dan R., was absolutely amazing. He came almost immediately after I called the company. He talked me through all of my options after a thorough inspection. He was honest, transparent, and laid all my options out on the table for me. There was no pressure and no selling! He rodded my main line and cleaned up after. He made sure everything was working fine after and talked me through all of my warranties. You spend a bit more of this company than the others but, you get what you pay for!

Yes came to our mobile home to help us with a stoppage after no one else would come to our home because we have a mobile home. We called everywhere and everyone said they would work on a mobile home. We started feeling really discouraged . I like how upfront they’re about pricing before doing any work and also they assess what’s happening before to. The plumber was so nice and loved our dogs! The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful and got us an appointment that same day. I couldn’t believe it! We will for sure be calling them again. They are my go to for now on.

we had them come out to change a sump pump a a few weeks ago during that bad storm. the dispatcher was one of the kindest people I have spoken to in a while on customer service.Not only did she go out of her way to contact the plumber and ask him a question I had but she made sure we got the time slot we needed and help for our sump pump. Hands down best company to call if you need something right away update-This company has reached out to me after the fact to make sure everything was 100%.- also sent me a coupon for next service. Thank you

Dan was amazing. I was so worried about maybe not understanding what I was needing to have done but he explained everything and didn’t pressure me into any sales. My water bill was high and I found that I didn’t even have a water saver flush toilet and my old toilet was running. Also a old kitchen faucet was leaking. He was able to repair my faucet which saved me money and replace my old toilet. My water bill has gone way down. I would definitely recommend Yes Plumber Dan for any plumbing problems you may have.

Dan and Yes! Plumbing were awesome! Our hot water line froze the night leading into Christmas Eve and after calling several plumbers I found Yes! Plumbing. They were the ONLY ones who answered the call. The others either wouldn't give me the time of day or didn't even return my call after leaving them a message. Dan came out first thing in the morning, crawled through our crawl space under the house, and thawed out our line in -6 degree weather. Thanks again Dan and Yes! Plumbing, you guys are #1 in my book.
