ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLUMBER AT ALL COSTS! I hired A1 Discount Plumber to fix a leak, and let me tell you, "discount" is the only accurate word in their name because the service I received was an absolute joke. The plumber came, fiddled around for a bit, and I, like an absolute fool, paid him in full thinking the problem was solved. WRONG. The leak is still there, mocking me with its persistent dripping. When I had the audacity to call them back and explain that the supposed "fix" didn't fix anything, the response I got was unbelievable. This so-called professional actually told me, and I quote, to "do myself a favor and figure out where the leak was coming from." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I hired a plumber to figure out the leak, not to be condescendingly told to diagnose the problem myself after they already took my money! This company is a complete rip-off. They take your money and leave you with the same problem, plus the added frustration of being told to do their job for them. Save yourself the headache, the wasted money, and the infuriating customer service and call someone – ANYONE – else. A1 Discount Plumber is a complete and utter waste of time and money. You'd be better off trying to fix the leak yourself with YouTube tutorials than hiring these clowns. Zero stars if I could.

Worst service experience I've ever encountered in my life, literally! They don't even deserve a star. They showed up at my house at 2:45 pm when they told me that they'd be there before noon. I had to call to find out if they were still coming. When they finally showed up, they merely looked at what I needed done, (repair/replace a faucet) and quoted me $800. When I questioned it, one of the guys became belligerent and stormed out stating that, ‘I have a lot of clients to attend to and with plenty of money to spend’. I was so appalled at his reaction I asked him, 'Is that the kind of service rooterman offers?' He then jumped into his truck and gave me the finger! Don't use these people, they are despicable human beings, seriously!
