We had a hot water line burst under the slab of our home. The entire floor is continuous polished porcelain tile. That same tile runs up the walls of our bathrooms. And the tile has been discontinued. We had several plumbers out. They all said the same …”
“My back flow prevented and main shutoff were broken and had to be replaced ASAP. Terry was very helpful and guided me on what to do until his technician was able to arrive.
