A&J Sewer Service

Great company. We have been using them at Voda Express Car Wash for years. Can't say enough how great of a job they do. They service our facility at least twice a year. Hopefully as we grow it'll become three times a year in multiple locations. Always great service and great staff. First class company.

We are a Korean restaurant located in Niles(336), and we recently received grease trap service from AJ. They quickly identified our issue and were professional enough to schedule a service visit for the very next day. Their work was incredibly efficient and the team was very friendly. In particular, Emanuel, who performed the service on-site, was absolutely fantastic. I truly appreciate their help!

I used their service for grease trap cleaning and it was great. The staff was kind and knowledgeable of the task. It took maybe 30 min of that. I was able to clean my kitchen while he did the grease trap. I actually signed up for the subscription because the service was so good.

The customer service was short and condescending. I called them to make an appointment. Although he used some appropriate customer-service language, his tone was inappropriate. He raised his voice, as if he didn’t want to talk or that I was an idiot. He became frustrated multiple times, such as when I tried to schedule an appointment next month instead of next Monday, when I asked for COI, or when I asked him to re-spell his email address (first spell he already used sarcastic tone and the second time was very frustrated and short). I decided not to use their company service because even the customer service representatives didn’t respect customers and clearly displayed unprofessionalism, what would be the rest..

We've been using A&J for a couple of years now and so far we are very pleased with their services. They have been very attentive, professional, and friendly and we've been very satisfied with their work. The services are not cheap, however, I honestly don't know what the going rate is for these services so I have no idea if the rates would be considered average or not. Would recommend!
