I explained this to the initial JR Putman person that came out. He examined everything and he stated that the kitchen faucet was the problem. He replaced the the faucet which was pricey and included the diagnostic fee. One month later I use the …”
“Had them come out to replace a leaky pvc elbow. They felt working with the pvc was too technical for the company skill set. I was surprised. Too bad I waited a few days to find out I called a two plumbs down plumber. I'll just fix myself. Cut and glue. I wanted to avoid having to try a couple times to get it just right.”

The supervisor was willing to complete the job and I was willing to overlook the damage as I would be refunded for the project. Unfortunately the general manager was not so understanding, he refused to finish the job and made it clear he would not be back. I'm sure it was a misunderstanding …”
