Jason was very professional. Came out quickly to deal with an emergency in my house. Was extremely thorough, didn’t just slap on a quick fix and charge me. He really made sure my issue was resolved before leaving and gave me the best price around. 1st Choice Plumbing will be the only company I call for my plumbing needs.

I thought I had a clogged toilet and called 1st Choice to come fix it. I had used the company once before for a water line hook up and they were great - very nice, very professional. It turns out I did not have a clogged water line but, instead, had a break in my sewer line from the house to the grinder pump. 1st Choice came out yesterday with a snake and a camera so they could pinpoint exactly where the problem was. Today there were back at my house with their backhoe, dug up the pipe, fixed it and put my yard back to pre-work conditions! I couldn't be happier with the timeliness and quality of the work. Moving into a new home is supposed to be exciting, but discovering a sewer backup and basement flooding was an absolute nightmare. We've been having issues with our pressure for months and recently got our water heater replace through our home warranty during the installation it was discovered that our pressure regulator and main shut off valve wasn't working properly. The plumber who install our water heater wasn't great at communicating and canceled multiple appointments and had a lot of rework. The home warranty sent out several different plumbers but because it was connected to our backflow system. I found 1st Choice Plumbing on google and first read the reviews which are all great so I decided to reach out. Jason came out the next day which was a Friday. As soon as he walked in, he knew the system, parts , etc. He even did researcher into a part connected to our system. I received my estimate on Monday night, I called Tuesday and they came out Wednesday morning. It took them less then 3hours to correct our installation of our water heater (re-piping) , replaced our pressure regulator and main shut off valve, and tested our backflow preventer system. Great service, communication, staff and overall company. I definitely recommend and will be using for any future plumbing services! Thanks again Jason and Donald!

I had come home to no heat. After diagnosis and service by the boiler technicians, they determined that no water was coming to the boiler; I needed a plumber. I freaked a little because past plumbing problems involved copper pipe embedded in the concrete foundation. The techs gave me contact information for Jason at 1st Choice. Without doing my usual background investigation (check license, reviews, etc), and feeling panicky, I called Jason. Am I glad I did! He (and Tyler) were at my house within 2 hours of my phone call. An hour after that, my plumbing problem was identified; parts were pulled off the boiler, fixed, and replaced; and my system was back up and running. I am grateful for - - and impressed by - - the same-day (same afternoon!) response to my call for help, especially as a new customer at a busy time. I am further impressed by how quickly Jason identified the problem and how thoroughly he fixed and tested it. With great confidence, 1st Choice will be my (gotta say it) first choice for future plumbing needs. Bravo!

The 1st Choice plumbers came to do the estimate and told us exactly what they were going to be doing. When they arrived they were professional from the first visit to the day of work. They did what they were supposed to do and we had a couple of surprises with our deck damaging the main sewage pipe. They took photos and told us the reason why we had problems which was a huge problem. They dug, replaced and repaired the problem efficiently. They also cleaned up and they were in communication with their staff as well as us with the progress. We had small issues at the house and they accommodated us with the extra work the same day. Fantastic work repairing these issues. They are our plumbers for all our future work. Thank you for your efficient and excellent work at the Lugo residence. We gave you an A+!!

1st Choice Plumbing executed a county required testing and inspection for my home. The process was seamless, prompt, and professional from start to finish. Scheduling was simple, and availability was immediate. I inquired on a Saturday, inspection and testing was completed first thing Monday morning. Jason, their technician showed up bright eyed, on time, and ready. My equipment was tagged after completion as promised, the report was sent to the county. I was prompted with an invoice at the completion of service. Pricing for what I needed was reasonable. 1st Choice Plumbing is family owned and delivered professional service. Jason and his crew are all around awesome! They went above and beyond with trying to help troubleshoot my pool heating system after installing the new gas line. They also picked up the slack where BGE left a half done job when upgrading the meter/regulator to the house. 1st Choice came in with more knowledge and a smarter solution to our gas line needs than any of the other companies from which we got quotes. They also came in with the best price. I will be using 1st Choice for all of my plumbing and gas line needs in the future and will be referring friends and family to them.

The toilet at our business center was clogged up and I needed it fixed fast. I called Jason and his guys came that afternoon. They messaged me when they were on the way. They looked it over, told me they would snake it first and gave me a price. Also let me know what they would have to do if that didn’t work with approximate price. They finished and I was able to pay online - confirmation and receipt all online - so easy. They were very professional and proficient. When I need a plumber again I’ll certainly call Jason.
