“DO NOT HIRE! STAY AWAY! (Read More...) I hired this company to fix a leak in a toilet at my Airbnb. The plumber came out, removed the toilet from the floor, located the leak, and charged me around $400 to repair it. That part was fine. The real issue came afterward. Without telling us in advance, the plumber left the property with the toilet completely removed from the floor, sitting unattached in the bathroom. …”
“I had a leak on a half inch pipe under my house. 1Tom sent a plumber out and replaced the 8 inch section of half inch per and charged me 749 dollars for 30 minutes of work. They left without checking to see if there were any other leaks. A few hours later, I noticed water draining from under my house. I asked 1 Tom to come out and honor their work.
