UPDATE: We love 1-Tom-Plumber so much, we had to review them twice. After our bad leak earlier this year, we asked 1-Tom to come back and do a full-house inspection. This time, Louis came out, and we all determined that it was time to replace the shower valves to avoid a future issue. Louis was kind, honest, fair, communicative, and wildly funny! He came back at a later date to cut access panels for our showers, replaced the valves, and cleaned up afterwards. You can't go wrong with 1-Tom-Plumber.

Heath & Jason came by looked to find the problem and solved it within an 1hr and 30 mins! Gave great details on how to avoid this problem so it wouldn't happen again! Nice and friendly attitude, definitely would recommend.

There are not enough words in the English language, to give these guys the appreciation they deserve. They are extremely diligent in taking care of issues, professional in dress, on time always, polite, quick to answer any questions, just a dream to work with. They repaired a very bad leaky water main at my house in two different places,in a timely manner and even came in under budget!! From the intial call to finished job, they care and will make sure any and all problems are fixed 110% I simply can NOT recommend them enough. I will be a returning customer for life. Does ok work but try to nickel and dime everything We've used about 4x they do get it done but at expense... As of your response to my review I never indicated that there was any misunderstanding regarding my review. Everything said is as it should be...

Plumbing work was great but they destroyed my front yard my husband is on a walker and we can not get off the ramp when it rains water stands at the end of the ramp

We have a commercial kitchen that requires routine drain cleaning. I have used other businesses that were much more costly and did not compare when it comes to customer service. The receptionist was very helpful and efficient in getting someone out within an hour. Cayden, our technician was very thorough and helpful. He was extremely professional and explained everything in depth before starting the service. He was honest and upfront in discussing the cost of the service. He also offered an affordable maintenance plan to help ensure that we could refrain from future issues. 10/10 for professionalism and customer service all the way around.

My service man was great. He answered my questions about the company as this was my first time using them and many other questions I had regarding my home and situation. I purchased the $99 membership because I feel it will be of value in the near future. I checked “over priced” because it was just an outside faucet for the hose but I do think at this point it is going to be worth it in the long run. The $300-400 box I checked did not include the $99.

Travis is by far the best team member I have worked with. I have used 1 tom as a property manager for years and their reliable service at any time of day and commitment to keeping things affordable is top tier. They just started a program for a preferred partner and it has already helped my property so much- and my busget! They should be your first call!

Heath, Caden and Jason replaced my hot water heater on the spot. Heath figured out what the problem was in no time. Jason came out the night before but deferred to someone with more experience with a tankless water heater. Can't beat honesty like that and it saved me some money. I have used 1-Tom -Plumber for other issues without any issues.

Fernando was AMAZING! He was quick and extremely responsive! We were in the moving process when we had a plumbing emergency! He was here quickly, fixed the problem, and made sure our house was showing ready ASAP! Amazing customer service and such a sweet guy!

1-Tom came out very quickly when we noticed a backed up pipe that was buried under our front yard. Heath and Andrew (demo tech) were able to dig up the pipe, replace the broken area, and clean up the area all within the same day.
