Jay with 1-tom completed a job working on my kitchen sink and did remarkable and professional work. He showed up on time, I received fantastic communication throughout the whole booking and invoicing process. Now my family can sleep well at night knowing our kitchen drain line won't ever flood our home again. Thank you Jay, and thank you 1-tom-plumber!!

This is my go to plumber Kevin Zilke and his crew. Jay Hagar came and quickly found the burst pipe and went to work repairing it and gave me some tips on why the pipes burst and ways to try to prevent it. He took the time to check the whole line and afterwards he checked the water pressure in all of my bathrooms and shower after he restored my water. The night before moving into our new home, both of our toilets suddenly started leaking sewage water into the basement. Jay came out in the middle of the night and immediately put us at ease. He quickly identified the issues, explained everything clearly, and got to work right away. He was able to fully repair one of the toilets that night, and he scheduled the second repair for later that week. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and willingness to show up during an emergency made an incredibly stressful situation so much more manageable. We’re extremely grateful for his quick response and quality work. Highly recommend this company, especially if you need someone reliable during an emergency.

Before the man start it, he won $360 which is ridiculous. I did it myself. I bought a five dollar wax ring. Removed the toilet put it back on. It took 20 minutes. I do not recommend this plumbing company at all. They're only out to scalp you for money.

Zero stars! No permit ! DID NOT ! Have work inspection by Willowick building inspector and inspector knows work was done with no permit . ( Sean Brennan ) Zack , told me my water meter was leaking and my bathroom water tasted bad because my water line was broken. Come to find out the line was Copper and there was no visible break ( per Lake County water utility supervisor) they pulled out the copper pipe so hard it wasn’t ready to come out , they hooked a chain around it to pull it out and broke the water pipes out in the street. charged me $6.423.00 my case is now being investigated by the finance company 1- Tom plumber uses . I called the owner and spoke with him and I told him I know the work didn’t need to be done! He’s response was “so … you set me up !” There is no excuse ! Whatsoever! I was defrauded and they are trying desperately to cover it up ! In response to your reply! I have solid proof ! You can try to justify your actions. I know otherwise. You did not get a permit and you did not have job inspected!! Furthermore, I went to The Willowick building Department and did some investigation on my own. You didn’t pull a permit and you did not have it inspected and I have proof ! The supervisor that came from the utility department told me there was no crack in the line . I did not need a new water line .

Tom P. and Mike G. came to fix our clogged drain in our kitchen sink. They were very polite and inquired about my problem, asked to see the pipes and gave us the cost estimate. I had several questions about the pipes, the garbage disposal , the dish washer and the faucet connections. They answered all my questions and offered helpful information. They were very efficient , fixed our drain and were very pleasant to speak with!m Update: Jay Hager was here to investigate our leak and provide us a few estimates for some work we need to do. He has been awesome very helpful very efficient and was very thorough on what he did . We are very happy with his work and his assistance. Jay and Dawson came to replace the bathroom tub. I also asked if they could replace the toilet so that it could match the new tab(when he arrived, this was not planned). Jay was super, made calls and it was planned to happen the same time. He an d Dawson worked all day and into the evening to finish the job. They were extremely professional, worked very efficiently and they left our new bathtub and bathroom area completely clean and spotless! Our bathroom looks great and we are very happy with these professionals and the company!

The first time we used 1-Tom Plumber they were awesome-so we called to use them again and they are always awesome and never disappoint. They are available 24 hours. When you call them a real human being answers the phone-not some stupid machine-and she is so nice. We requested Jay again since he was so awesome the 1st time we used him. He fixed multiple issues for us today-bathroom sink leaking, hose spigot, connected a pvc pipe to our hot water tank and put it in the drain in case it would ever leak, and also fixed the other water valve below that was leaking. As usual he was absolutley awesome! He is so nice, kind, polite, respectful, calm, and professional. Their pricing is decent. They are honest. It's so hard to find an excellent service provider for anything-but 1-Tom Plumber and Jay are definitely excellent and we highly recommend them and they will be our plumbing company forever! They deserve way more than 5 stars!

It started when my husband attempted to replace the sprayer for the kitchen faucet. Five hours later, time to call a plumber. My only choice for the past several years has been Kevin Zilke, Plumbers Ink, which is now under the umbrella of 1-Tom Plumber. Everything I had come to expect - quality work, prompt, efficient, complete clean up, friendly and knowledgeable, with the ability to explain the process, continues with the franchise experience. We cringed at the estimate, but smiled at the value. They take pride in standing behind their work. Zach arrived on time and respected my home and pets. My situation proved a little challenging, the drop in sink didn't quite drop in, but Zach was up to the task and made the necessary adjustments with stunning results. 1-Tom Plumber will continue to be the only plumber I need to call.

Zach Zilke was my plumber. He was great! He was very professional and personable. I had a new refrigerator installed by Home Depot. Home Depot hooked up the refrigerator water line. The water line started to leak from the shutoff valve where it tied into the main copper pipe. Home Depot would not cover the leak. Zach came out the next day and repaired the leak without having to replace the old valve. Best part is that there was no charge! Not even for his time. While he was there, I asked him to provide a quote to replace the main shutoff valve by the water meter. After receiving the quote, I obtained pricing from other plumbing companies, his quote was the lowest. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

My service technician Michael Galloway reached out to me after I made the after hour appointment. He asked if it was a good time for me to come over and do the work. We mutually agreed that the time was good. He arrived on time and diagnosed the issue within minutes. After initially trying to shop vac the drain to no avail. He immediately decided to remove some of the drain connections and eventually noticed the problem. Michael did excellent work removing and suctioning out the drain pipes until all the debris was removed. He cleaned up and maintained a clean work area and he also made sure there were no leaks prior to his departure. I would highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Mike G. and Tyler were our technicians, and they did a fantastic job. First, Mike came to our house on an emergency basis on Thursday night at 10 PM after we found unexplained water in the basement. He figured out the issue quickly, gave us a quote on the spot, and also got us in touch with their sister company, Pine Ridge Restoration, to see if there was any damage to the drywall, carpet, etc. The actual repair happened today, and Mike and Tyler were not only prompt, but early, and they worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We are very happy with the job the did, and will absolutely use One Tom again. Thanks for the great work guys!

Mike Galloway came out the same day we called late in the afternoon and let us know the issues and what needed to be done. He had to come back out to do the work two times because of the type shower we are putting in. And we were only charged the original fee for the fix, he did not charge us extra for having to come back out. He is very professional, did a great job, is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We are now ready to put the shower in!! Thank you, Mike!! We really appreciate all you did. I will recommend this company and Mike for any friends or family future plumbing needs!! Thank you !! I recently had Mike come out to address an issue with my tankless water heater — it was only producing lukewarm water and I wasn't sure what was going on. Mike diagnosed the problem, flushed out the system, and got everything working properly again. What really stood out was how he handled the whole visit. He was kind, respectful, and took the time to walk me through exactly what he was doing and why. He also left the area completely clean when he was done — no mess, no stress. Mike is the kind of technician you hope shows up at your door. Highly recommend him and will definitely be requesting him for any future plumbing needs!

Jay was a huge help for me! I had a bad water backup in my basement (due to overgrown roots in my main lines clay pipes), and the timing was terrible with it being the holiday week - thankfully, I was able to get an appointment quickly scheduled that worked well for my availability. Jay was knowledgeable and respectful, communicated well, and worked hard (as the clear out of the external pipes required more time to jet through than planned). The price was great and fit within my budget, and the issue has been solved completely! I’m so thankful for Jay and this company, and can’t wait to take a bath soon (without worry)!!

Jay Hager was the plumber who came to service my request. I had an outdoor spigot that was leaking. Jay clearly explained my options and cost. Upon making my choice, Jay fixed it quickly and efficiently. Jay was courteous, professional, and friendly. I had a great experience with Jay and 1 Tom Plumbing. Today (5/18/26) Mike Galloway came to my home and replaced two old shut off values. Mike was courteous and very efficient. He explained things thoroughly and did the work in about an hour. This is my second experience with one Tom plumber with two different repair technicians and again it was a great experience.
