Very impressed with this business and how they interact with clients. They helped me navigate a flooding situation in my home and they were amazing in terms of responsiveness to all my texts and calls and overall simply very professional. Very highly recommend this company! Ben, who did all the work, very knowledgeable and professional!

Brandyn did an excellent job for us. Our sewer pipe clogged at midnight and we booked an emergency service. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and professionally, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. He also explained the cause and future prevention patiently and clearly. Brandyn is friendly and reliable – we highly recommend him!

Highly recommended!!!! Woke up to an unexpected leak in our front yard! 1-Tom-Plumber “Ben” saved the day! From the moment I called the lady who answered my call & heard my problem reassured me they could help & if they couldn’t they would get me in contact with someone who can. Ben arrived earlier than expected which was great! Very friendly & knowledgeable. He explained everything & also made me aware of cost upfront! Which we all love when we get transparency about cost! Very friendly and quick response. B U T……. GIVEN a cost of $200 to replace a rubber flap in the toilet tank….and an undeclared 3.3% Credit Card Fee ( that’s THEIR cost of doing business, not mine), I don’t recommend them. I could have easily written a check for no fee, had I been told and they’d have gotten their money less quickly as well. But they charge me a fee and get my money quicker ??Makes no sense for the customer. Buh bye. Buyer Beware.

I had a bit of an emergency as I was changing the water supply line out on my water heater, and Nash was sent out immediately. He not only did an excellent job getting me out of the pickle I had gotten myself into, but he was friendly, courteous, clean, and an absolute professional while working quickly to get my household supplied with hot water again. I am truly grateful for the service my family received, and will be using this company for any foreseeable plumbing issues I encounter. Thanks, Nash!

We have a business in Belterra and 1-Tom is the only plumber we use. We’ve used all the big names in the past but 1-Tom is the only one we trust. They’ve cleared drains, replaced faucets, and solved grease trap issues, and always show up within 30 minutes of calling. My water heater went out at home yesterday, and it was the same treatment. Brandyn showed up quick, explained the problem, gave me options and fixed it. Cannot recommend them enough!

As a real estate agent who works with many trades, I can confidently say 1-Tom Plumbing is top-notch! Ben arrived on time, he was very professional and knowledgeable, quickly identified the issue, fixed our kitchen disposal and answered all of our questions. I was so impressed that he left everything spotless when finished. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again!

Toilet running (due old flapper) at 5:00am. When I went turn off water line for toilet, the faucet was difficult to turn and started leaking. I had to turn off water to entire house. I called I-Tom at 8:00am, Brandyn arrived around 10:40 and was able to fix it quickly. Great customer interaction. Will call them the next time I need plumbing assistance.

Ben and Ambrose were wonderful! They were super kind, worked quickly, and shared everything I needed to know in an easy to understand but respectful way. They also had suggestions for longer term upkeep but were not pushy about adding more work. I felt at ease with them in my home and am confident in the service they’ve provided.

We're super happy with 1-Tom's service--from the help over the phone to the work itself to the ease of payment. We needed quite a bit of plumbing work in a short time span, and they really came through. Special shout-out to Ben who went out of his way to help us with a tankless water heater issue! Highly recommended.

Brandon did an amazing job - I had a huge back up and he was very honest, polite and provided excellent services which he explained the work that was performed. Honestly it was not easy but he made sure the line was properly flowing before he left. I would be recommending them to other folks. Thank you Brandon!!!!!

Jason Answered ann emergency call from us and came from another job to turn off our water and see what needed fixing. He came back this evening and got us up and running and our water softener system back on line as that is where we had a major leak. We will call Jason again if we need any more plumbing repairs.

Really pleased with 1-Tom. We had a couple issues, both were resolved quickly. One turned into a problem later due to issues beyond 1-Tom's control. They came out same day when we called and the same Tech can't out, Nash, who remembered our situation and quickly, thoroughly resolved things. Very happy.

We called for a quote. Had a great experience. Though we ended up doing the work ourselves to save money, we had them come out to look at hooking up the p-traps and new sinks in a few bathroom remodels. Ben was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. We will 100% call them again for any plumbing needs.
