Scott and David were amazing!

We had a plumbing issue, on a Sunday, and weren’t sure if we could get service. It was awful, and plumbers deserve an huge award for dealing with “crap”, literally! We are so grateful for 1-Tom-Plumbing for coming to the rescue. I called and David Carrillo was at our house in an hour. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and had the line unstopped quickly. It was a Sunday emergency, and I am sure it was more expensive due to that fact, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if needed. I would highly recommend them if you need a plumber. Kudos!!

🎖⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🎖 I had an excellent experience with 1-Tom-Plumber and wanted to take a moment to recognize their team. When I realized I had a plumbing issue that needed immediate attention, I started calling plumbing companies in my area. After speaking with around 15 different companies and being told by several that the earliest appointment would be three days out, I was getting pretty frustrated. Before giving up, I decided to expand my search a little and looked on the Fort Worth side instead of Arlington. That’s when I found 1-Tom-Plumber. I called and was connected with Chris, and from the very beginning he was fantastic. Chris was extremely friendly, down to earth, and easy to talk to. It honestly felt like I was talking with someone I had known for years. He explained everything clearly and let me know they could have a technician out within about three hours. He also told me the technician, David, would call with an ETA between 1–3 PM. To my surprise, less than 40 minutes later I received a call from David saying he was about 15 minutes away and wanted to make sure I’d be home. That kind of fast response was impressive. When David arrived, he was just as great as Chris had been on the phone—very professional, friendly, and easy to talk with. I showed him the issue where I thought a sprinkler line had busted. Before cutting anything, David took the time to run a few tests to make absolutely sure we were dealing with the correct line. It turns out it actually wasn’t the sprinkler line at all—it was my main water line. I really appreciated that he double-checked everything before making the repair, because that kind of attention to detail matters. Once he confirmed the issue, he had all the parts he needed right on the truck and got to work. He capped and secured the line properly, tested everything afterward, and made sure everything was working correctly before wrapping up. After the repair we even spent some time talking for about 15–20 minutes. Both Chris and David were genuinely great people to deal with, and the overall experience was one of the best service calls I’ve had. If I ever have plumbing issues again, 1-Tom-Plumber will absolutely be the first company I call. They made what could have been a stressful situation simple and easy, and that kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Highly recommend this company.

1-Tom absolutely rocked an urgent plumbing job I needed fixed on a Sunday. I called around noon and spoke to their lovely dispatcher, a *REAL PERSON* right off the bat. She immediately took my details, was upfront about pricing and had a tech on the way within 5 minutes. The tech, called me about 20 minutes later to tell me he was on the way, showed up 20 minutes after that and fixed my issue in roughly 3 minutes. I called a few different places and they were the only ones who didn't use some automated answering service and they were the only ones who ACTUALLY acknowledged the urgency of my request and could send a tech immediately. Additionally, the tech I had, David C., is such a professionally pleasant young man and he explained everything he was doing along with advice about drying out the area to prevent mold and other long term issues. Even my scaredy cats loved David and they're afraid of all strangers! Can't recommend 1-Tom enough and they will definitely be my go-to plumbers going forward. Thanks y'all!

Absolutely blown away by the great service. This is the second time we have used this company. Scott and David were both so professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We had a lot of issues we needed addressed and they explained things clearly and were so patient, but also worked quickly. In and out in about 45 minutes. We had a hot water heater issue with water temp in our primary bathroom not maintaining temperature. It’s gas so we didn’t want to mess with it and they resolved that quickly. They also cleared a clogged sink, fixed water pressure in our kitchen sink and I asked them to look at the outdoor hose spigots. After they finished everything Scott was thoughtful enough to ask if there was anything else I wanted him to look at. That’s when I mentioned the kitchen sink water pressure and he was happy to take a look at it. I am a female in my 30s and felt so comfortable with David and Scott in my home. I will continue to call them for all plumbing needs and will encourage our neighbors to do the same!

I had a serious plumbing issue with clogged drains. Scott and David scoured every clean-out and vent pipe to find and remove the clog. In addition, my grinder pump had failed and could not push toilet output into the sewer line, complicating the clog problem. Working outside in the cold, digging out refuse from the pit housing the pump, up-grading my underpowered grinder pump, up on the roof auguring the clean-outs were all handled with expertise and good humor. Scott was mentoring David and the professional working relationship was evident and worked very successfully. The estimate provided before work began was honored - no quibbles or changes im spite of numerous difficulties. Scott and Chris were able to procur the upgraded pump and Scott and David began work right on time. My experience with1-Tom-Plumber makes them my go to guys! No reservations.

Scott and David did an amazing job!! I had another local plumbing company that was highly rated, come out on two different occasions and in fairly short order. Regardless, they still never fixed my problem. Enter David and Scott- these guys did everything they could to keep the price as low as they could while still giving excellent quality. They replaced a toilet, snaked a line and replaced a valve on my guest bathroom toilet and it cost me the same as the other company for their two visits that didn't fix anything. These guys went above and beyond and even vacuumed the floor when I didn't see any reason to do it - but they did it just because it was the right thing to do! I chose them for their Google Ratings and I am extremely pleased because they gave the service that their reviews claimed! I will absolutely use 1 Tom Plumbers from now on!

I called 1 tom Yesterday on Sunday, they had someone out to look at my problem within an hour. My refrigerator was leaking and I was afraid it was gonna ruin the wood floors and then not want to wait till Monday. He access the situation pull the refrigerator around and it was not the ice Not the not the valve or the pan leaking, but said that refrigerator needed to be replaced. He turned the water off so that I could still use my existing refrigerator. Put it back in the place prior to putting it back to place. He cleaned all the mess up with towels and was very very polite and Efficient Scott was an incredible repairman and plumber. I will use one time again. I highly recommend if you need a plumber in your residence that you called this company

David did an excellent job fixing our plumbing issues. He came during after hours and rushed over as soon as he knew it was an emergency, which we really appreciated. He went above and beyond what we expected. Not only did he take care of the problem, but he also spent extra time explaining everything to us so we understood what was going on and how it was fixed. Before leaving, he made sure everything was working properly and double-checked that we didn’t have any more backup issues. It was clear he really cared about doing the job right and making sure we were satisfied. I really appreciate his professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend David to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I was looking for a plumber for two days and can't find anyone. Most of the plumber I talked to would charge between $50-$100 just to go to the property and check the property for a SEWER INSPECTION! We were even scammed in Facebook, the "plumber" asked us to pay down payment of $50 and he will do the service the same day, since we really need it we paid but afterwards he blocked me in FB. When I talked to Chris Mallon of 1-Tom-Plumber, the conversation was very smooth. He said no payment needed until service is done and he can schedule us the same day. Before the end of the day we already received photos, videos and report that we need! ONE AMAZING TRANSACTION! I will definitely keep their number for future use!

I received professional, respectful interaction from the phone interaction to the in-site service. The plumbers went above the requested service by opting to check out other plumbing areas at no additional cost. The final cost was fair and reasonable to the point that I have chosen the company as my go to company and has officially discontinued doing business with another company that I had become dissatisfied with due to their tendency to overcharge and mediocre repairs services. I stepped out on faith and called 1-Tom-Plumber and I was not disappointed. They went over and above my expectations.

I am pleased with 1-Tom-Plumber overall and with David Carrillo specifically. I am pleased that the company actually provides immediate service 24/7. David Carrillo arrived within 30 minutes of my call for emergency plumbing service on Sunday afternoon. He was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He represents the company well. Because David did such an outstanding job, I will call only 1-Tom-Plumber in the future.

Highly recommend 1-Tom. From Lindsey who answered my call and was exceptionally sweet and professional to Jared and Brandon, who arrived on time and rebuilt my toilet extraordinarily fast. So friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Extremely satisfied and will never choose another company for my plumbing needs. They were kind enough to autograph my new pink plunger, lol. My dog Ozzy was a big fan too!!!!

Scott and Doug came out the same day I called. I wasn’t sure at the time if I was going to use them for our plumbing repairs, but once they got here they knew exactly what I needed done and I saw how professional and clean and knowledgeable they were.
