Willie was scheduled promptly and even arrived early. He expertly diagnosed where the leak in our crawl space was coming from and advised on the type of repair needed. How wonderful to have a professional opinion when dealing with water issues because we all to often jump to the worst case scenario which was not the problem. I’ve used 1-Tom-Plumber multiple times, and each time they’ve done an excellent and thorough job. Tyler Cantrell, who I’ve used twice, came out today to fix a pipe leak. He was both personable, professional and thorough. Tyler explained everything to me, and made a suggestion to preclude the possibility of a future leak in a different area. This company and its service representatives are wonderful, and I will continue to use them for any plumbing issues I may have in the future.

Zach Vaughn responded to our home today 4/21/26 regarding a burst water supply line with subsequent water damage to our home. Zach was great, He was professional and courteous and his honesty was transparent with everything. I would recommend 1Tom Plumbing 100%. Mr. Cantrell is a phenomenal example of what hard work and dedication looks like. Being in the trades myself, it’s not often you encounter someone with genuine drive and sincerity in their actions. Tyler has put in the work to be truly talented and knowledgeable tradesman. He went above and beyond to get a basement leak behind us and provided valuable insight into the issues. Personally, we will not use another plumber.
