Rafael was able to fix my sink problem quickly and professionally. I was grateful to have him take care of everything including picking out a great new fixture for the bathroom. He was friendly and efficient and what would have taken me hours to figure out, he did in about 45 minutes. This is not the first time I’ve called this company and they are officially my go-to for any future plumbing issues

I can’t say enough good things about Doug and Phil. I manage a large apartment community in Gwinnett and had an underground water main break. They were extremely professional from start to finish and got the job done right. Doug was boots on the ground literally in the mud on freezing days making things happen. He and Phil were just excellent at keeping me informed from start to finish so that I could communicate with my residents. When an unexpected issue came up, someone on their team literally drove the needed part from Augusta to ensure the work was completed *before* the ice storm hit. My house was flooding from my water heater and called in a panic. Normally I don't post peoples names but Becky answered the phone and really put me at ease letting me know someone will be on the way right away. Mike came out immediately and identified the issue and went over the options with me. The heater needed to be replaced and he was able to do it same day. If I could I would give 10 stars to this company. Would recommend them to anyone thank you guys

It was mid-afternoon, I placed a call to 1Tom plumber and was told they would arrive as soon as possible, they did and I was sent a text telling me who was the plumber that was going to show up. Doug P ,he was great explained every procedure that he was going to do, took pictures as he was doing the work, completed the job clean the area it was all around a top notch performance.

I need an emergency repair on a sink waterline rupture. I called one Tom plumber and Jesse Bailey came and spent the time needed to help me solve this problem. There was a bit of misunderstanding at the beginning so we were able to work it out and he was patient and very very professional.

We enjoyed are experience with Jesse today. We had some issues with our outdoor spigots and he was able to convey why we were having the issues. He performed a water test and quoted us on a water filter which will be installed later this week. He is a pleasure to do business with.

I recently hired this 1-Tom plumber and had a great experience from start to finish. They arrived on time, were professional, and clearly explained the issue before beginning any work. The repair was completed efficiently, and everything has been working perfectly since.

We had some major issues with our plumbing in the basement and needed a new water heater. Chrisy was wonderful on the phone and walked me through how the process worked and got a plumber out quickly. The plumber was knowledgeable and efficient! Highly recommend.

Big shout out to Tim and Sean for replacing my tankless water heater. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They also had the best price hands down.
