I don’t usually write reviews, but Aaron absolutely deserves one. From start to finish, his professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. What really stood out to me was his workmanship — everything he did was clean, precise, and clearly done with pride. He didn’t take shortcuts or rush through the job, and you could tell he genuinely cares about doing things right the first time. Aaron also went above and beyond with customer service. He was respectful of my home, left the work area spotless, and even checked back afterward to make sure everything was running perfectly. That level of care and follow-up is rare these days, and it really says a lot about his integrity. I used 1-800-Plumber after my contractor hit the gas line that belonged to my neighbor. These guys came out the next morning ready to work and that they did. Two guys had to dig a new trench for the gas line without hitting any of the cable and power lines in their path. They took great care to make sure the job was done right. By the end of the day we had the new line inspected and gas service connected. The lead plumber's name was Vincent Wilson.

We desperately needed some plumbing repairs and service as we had company coming to town the following day. Not only did we need a new kitchen faucet set installed but also repair to a leaking bathroom faucet. We called and the same day a tech named Andrew came out. He was great; friendly, professional and got the job done! We'll definitely be calling 1-800-Plumber again in the future as well as refer them to friends. M. Shreve Mandeville, LA

Awesome plumbing service ! I’m so glad that I called them! they were true to their trade, they explained what was wrong with my water heater, they explained exactly what were my best options and helped me get the package that best suited my budget. Excellent customer service! Genika listened to my situation and was able to escalate me to a serviceman. The serviceman actually walked me through a couple of steps which fixed my issue. Their honesty in identify a simple repair saved me lots of money!
