Zoom Drain

Zoom was very prompt when they arrived avd our disposal was Fuc quickly at a very affordable cost. We will definitely use them again.

We are quite new to having a house with a septic tank, so when we realized it was time to have it pumped, we did some research online to find a highly rated company. We quickly called Zoom Drain who got to our house within a few days (not an emergency) and we had an absolutely amazing experience! Austin Craig showed up and addressed any questions or concerns we had, and was very friendly and had a great attitude on a cold morning! Would definitely recommend using Zoom Drain!

I can't say enough good things about Zoom Drain. They are prompt and always do a great job cleaning our old cast iron drain. Particularly, Austin is the gentleman we request because he has always affords "top notch" service. That said, I highly recommend Zoom Drain (and Austin) for your next cast iron drain cleaning service. Note: Zoom Drain offers a regularly scheduled drain cleaning service that can save you money if you need it.

(As you can see by their reply to their review they are not able to take accountability for their actions/damage that they did and are shifting blame onto the client. I DID request text communication and the AMOUNT and METHOD of communication was fine - they just never apologized or even acknowledged how their business has caused me a loss of revenue. Their response to their review shows EXACTLY who they are, that they gave me my money back, treated me like a liar, and never talked to me again except for a text to schedule the contractors. NEVER AN APOLOGY. Their response to this should be enough to show you that you should look for another company! I would NOT trust them!) I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER using Zoom Drain. I called them on July 12th to look at a potential clog. When the technician left, he said it was fixed. Ten minutes later I had water covering my entire pantry, laundry room, and it was as entering my garage and my kitchen. I had the owner send someone back, but she made me feel like I was the problem and only partially reminded me. after having it looked at for SEVERE water damage, I NEVEr heard much from Her again. Never an apology, never a follow up. NO accountability. I CRIED. The damage ended up costing me well over $20k in LOST revenue. Still no apology and never any urgency to get it fixed from zoom drain. I was passed off to multiple contractors who were in and out of my house for a MONTH to fix it. ZD never spoke to me again and only communicated through the businesses they sent out to fix everything; water resto team, another plumber, movers, other contractors, etc. I had to beg for them to hire movers to move my work inventory that was exposed to the water damage and kept trying to find more affordable options for them. Because of their initial mistake and lying saying they fixed it, they had to rip down my entire shelving system in my pantry, which had all of my businesses inventory and put it in boxes in the garage. I had to figure out how to run my business out of boxes in the garage for a month. I am STILL unpacking and finding my stuff. The contractors did a mediocre job rebuilding the shelf. The movers actually were the nicest of them all putting my inventory. They never formally apologized, she made me feel to be the problem. No follow up on anything and I had to start taking anti depressants again because of the immense amount of stress, lack of care to the situation and serious loss of revenue. Do not ever use them, calling them was the biggest mistake I made in 2024. I’m still unpacking (September 3rd and it happened July 12 and I haven’t heard from them since July. Not even ONE apology when their plumber caused the water damage.) They never even followed up to make sure that the work was completed was up to the standard of what it was before they ruined it and this mistake has cost me a severe dip in my mental health, severe lack of of revenue to my business and they made me feel terrible the entire time when they did communicate with me (they maybe text me twice after it happened but just ignored me after my refund and passed me off to contractors.) DO NOT risk using them, this has been the most stressful experience all because of a clog (PS I had to beg them to send a second guy out who easily found the clog and fixed that, but that was too late for the water damage and the owner made me feel like she was accusing me of lying to even get the second guy out here after the first guys mistake.)

At 10:30pm we discovered that both of our toilets were clogged. I called the first plumbing company that came up on Google for emergency service and was told someone would call back shortly. After hearing nothing for an hour I called back and was told the same thing once again. Waited all night for a call back and heard nothing. At 6:30am I again called, informed the person what had happened and they literally said “Wow” and again promised someone would call. At this time I called Zoom Drain, was give a 4 hour window when someone would arrive, along with a text. I immediately called back to cancel the service that never called the entire night and waited for Zoom. They texted that they were on their way and arrived within an hour. They ran a camera in the drain, showed me the clog and promptly jetted the pipe, clearing the clog and leaving the pipe as clean as new. I asked when they would have showed up if I had called them at 10:30 the night before and was told 11:00. I was given a discounted price along with a 14 day guarantee that if the clog returned they would come back at no charge. If you have a clog, don’t waste your time with other plumbing companies. All Zoom Drain does is clear drains. Call them first. I know I will from now on.

Hello, my name is Aleena Tristan and I just wanted to say that Zoom Drain, went above and beyond the call of duty today for my friend and I, who were in a sticky situation that was very emergent, when another company was a no call, no show. I turned to Google for help and I found someone who recommended me to Zoom Drain and not only did they get out as soon as they could and on the same day, but they had the best serviceman ever, who just really were angels. The first was our service Man Thomas Sanchez, who came and drained the septic. He was sweet, funny and professional, and we really appreciated him. Also, the angel that came to us as well,…rightfully called JC, (JC Otti) because he was such a blessing to us with his presence and he really just went above and beyond to be kind to us, when he didn’t know exactly how bad we needed kindness and I pray that God blesses him as well with kindness. So, thank you to the star-spangled crew at Zoom Drain!

It’s not like anyone really wants to pay for emergency septic tank pumping 😄 but I’m glad I found a company that managed expectations and didn’t turn a stressful expense into something even worse! Zoom Drain was clear, communicative, respectful and helpful - with very fast same-day service! They even texted a photo of their technician and truck so we’d know who to expect at the door. They charge a flat rate for 1000 gallon tanks, and anything additional is billed by the gallon, not by time spent. This seems fair and honest, as most tanks are under 1000 - and anyway, what if their pump runs slow?! I called a few other places before calling Zoom Drain - one of which didn’t even accept credit (!?!), and all of which were either more expensive - or less transparent in their pricing. We really appreciate your help today, Thomas!

Really amazing experience with Zoom today. JC came through at the end of an already long day, full of helpful enthusiasm to figure out what was going wrong with our pipes. And figure it out he did, with friendly expertise, walking and talking me through the process every step of the way, laying some much needed education on me as he worked. It was nearly 8pm by the time he was able to leave, but he was just as friendly leaving as when he walked in. Best of all, the current problem was fixed, and an even bigger problem (one that we suspected) was confirmed via camera. Not great news, but really great to know for sure what's going on down there. This kind of work is never cheap, but we feel really good about the value we got from Zoom, thanks to great service from JC.

From the person that answered the phone to the technician that came out my experience with them was great. I called Friday, January 10 late in the afternoon and asked zoom if they could come out and pump my septic tank. The lady was very nice. Told me exactly what to expect. Asked a couple of questions. Schedule a time for the next morning. Thomas showed up right on time. He was very nice very polite great communication skills. Got right to work and got it done. If there’s such a thing as having a good time watching someone pump your septic tank I think I just experienced it. Lol. I asked Thomas if they could put me on a maintenance schedule to alert me when I may need to have the septic system pumped again. I would definitely recommend them.

We just had JC out and it was the best experience -- he was so kind, more thorough than any other plumber I have ever interacted with, and really cared about our problem. We had a different plumbing company out 3 days ago that was unable to resolve the problem and recommended a much more involved solution...so before we proceeded with that complicated recommendation we decided to get one more opinion and attempt. Im SO glad we did, because JC resolved the issue easily, and was willing to really spend the effort to figure out what was going on. He was knowledgable, personable, and a delight. JC was awesome and he came out on his birthday! He was super helpful and knowledgeable. He located the septic tank for us and scoped the piping, showing my husband that it looked good and was in good condition. The company that came out for our home warranty request had told us the clean out was full of roots and was in bad shape. A separate company came last July, just before we purchased the property and "pumped" the septic. However, from the overflowing yuck in the yard and what JC showed us, that obviously didn't happen. JC you were a rockstar and we appreciate your great service! Happy birthday! Looking forward to having Zoom Drain provide our service in the future.

After an initial snafu with the inspection visit (free, btw), they made up for it with a discount, then rocked the job — cleaning 35 condo atrium drains — with amazing speed and skill. They took notes, photos and videos to send us a full report, explained issues and worked fast to get the job done in the allotted time to keep our costs as low as possible. Amanda, JC and Ernst were friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. Learning it’s a woman-owned business was extra icing!

It was Monday morning and there was water everywhere and I had no idea what was happening. I called 2 plumbing companies I had dealt with before but no one could come that day 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️. They both referred me to Zoom...I'd never heard of them before but it was urgent. JC came late afternoon. He was fantastic. Showed me where to turned things off. He found the problem. My husband died last year and my dog is very particular about who comes in the house but he was very friendly to JC and JC to him. A dog knows 😀. I'll call ZOOM DRAIN BEFORE I CALL ANYONE ELSE next time
