Paul did a fantastic job investigating and finding the source of a slow water leak showing up on our basement ceiling. He was able locate the leak, determine the best approach to repairing the leak with the least amount of material and time. He was able to repair the leak by replacing part of the drainpipe where the leak occurred. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and detailed oriented. This is the third time we have called upon E Zimmerman to help us with a plumbing issue and they always do great work. Will definitely use them again when needed.

Zimmerman had installed both the water heater & HVAC unit in the house my wife & I recently purchased. We scheduled a regular maintenance with Zimmerman to ensure our HVAC unit was running well, as the natural gas HVAC system was new to us (previously had electric). Ed, our technician, was super helpful, educational, & informational. He went above & beyond to both service the unit, and also educate & inform us on the system. He answered any questions we had & then some. He was also able to give us a quote on a new water heater replacement upon my request. He was very friendly & honest, and the HVAC maintenance was fairly priced. I highly recommend calling them!

My wife and I moved into our new house on Main Street Saturday. Monday night some boiler sensors went out on our radiators. Long story short our whole house started to leak from basement to 3rd floor. Their emergency services were ready to take our call at 9:30 at night. Jason walked us through how to shut off the boiler and step by step to keep further damage from happening. Fast forward to next morning less than 12 hours after the initial call took place Zimmerman’s had a technician in route to come take a look. Justin greeted us with a friendly smile and was master class in knowledge of our boiler and issues taking place. After a short time he discovered the reason for our problems. Soon enough we had a quote to fix our boiler. Not ready to jump ship and push our emergency to another day he asked if he could fix the boiler now. Justin worked for 2-3 hours until the boiler was up and running. Testing it multiple times to ensure it was functioning properly. Did I mention this all went down on 12/22 and 12/23 right before Christmas. I can’t thank Zimmerman’s enough for saving our holiday season and making us feel safe in our new home!

Called on an early Saturday morning asking if they provide emergency services due to water not working. The receptionist indicated they couldn’t send out anyone because we do not have a preventive maintenance agreement with them. Receptionist was more concerned about pointing out that we last used their services in 2018 and inquired what service provider we have used in all the past years. I explained that fortunately, my husband is capable of doing a lot of work and we don’t rely on anyone else. Receptionist stated she could send someone out in the next week. Get real! Who can wait that long for water? I’ll never call them again!

We highly recommend Zimmerman Plumbing and Heating in Mechanicsburg. We use them for all our heating & cooling needs. We got a new oil furnace several years ago. They had 3-4 levels of pricing. They’re not cheap, but their workmanship and Service is top-notch - the best I’ve ever come across in all my years. We have met Earnie Zimmerman personally. His guys are professional, super nice and trustworthy. We also used them for air conditioning splits in our house a few years ago- can’t recommend them enough.
