I contacted Matt to do a simple job at a friends house who is destitude and 70 years old. The poor woman is 70 and hasn't had a dishwasher in nearly 30 years. And at her age tends to two adult children in their mid 30's that have mental health issues. So I bought her a new fridge because hers was only maintaining temps in the low 40's. And I bought and installed a used dish washer for her. I just needed a drain line and hot water connection installed under the sink. I asked Matt if he could just give me a ball park figure for the job. I sent him pictures of the existing plumbing and he quoted me between $400 and $600. I thought it was a little high. But I was willing to pay it just to get her a washer. I did however, text Matt and asked if there was anyway he could keep as close to $400 as possible. He texted back and said "if your under some budget restraints, maybe you should call another plumber". Well, at the time I couldn't find another plumber to do work in union. So i told him it wasnt a matter of money. I has plenty of funds. It was just a request to do whatever he could to maybe cut a corner here or there to maybe save a couple of buck. So what does he do yesterday when he was SCHEDULED to do the work? Doesnt show! Doesnt call! Doesnt return my texts or my calls asking if he got hung up some where and when he might show up. Thats just B.S. and if I wher anyone reading this review id steer clear of this clown. P.S. I did find another local plumber that was out today and quoted $300 for the same work.

I've used Zenk's Plumbing for many years and I've always been satisfied with Matt's work. Over the years, Matt replaced my water heater, installed a new water softener, replaced the main water shut off valve, relocated a bathroom vanity drain and replaced a garden hose spigot. Matt's my go to guy for all my plumbing needs.

Woke up to no hot water this morning. Called Matt and he walked me through restarting the pilot light. He’s got my business for life. Thank you so much, Matt!
