My wife and I recently moved to Randolph, and we’ve used Zeek’s now for multiple plumbing related issues and they are simply the best. They’re a family business that is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Most importantly, they take the time to do the job right. If they notice something else needs attention or needs fixing, they will point it out and explain the issue thoroughly to you (without pressure). They make sure everything is in proper working order and clean up any mess before they leave. Their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they deliver. They replaced a part in our boiler that unfortunately failed only a couple months later, but when they came out to fix it again, they did it at no charge. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber in the area.

In the midst of everyone having problems with pipes frozen and bursting, Zeek Plumbing took the time to help me replace a water heater. I was expecting to have to wait a few days. No high pressure sales, no surprises, just a great company looking to help people. Steve was very responsive in getting back to me and Tim was out the very same day to replace the water heater and did an amazing job. Not only did they replace it, they advised that it was still under warranty. They could have easily sold me a new one. Tim took it out, returned it with me, picked up the new one and had it installed quickly. Amazing, Amazing experience. Their service is second to none and they've now gained a customer for life. I called Zeek on a Sunday because my one shower wasn't draining. Instead of immediately trying to rush a tech out there for double time pay, the owner talked me through a likely scenario (frozen pipe) and gave me a couple ideas of how to remedy the issue. The next day the water was still there, so I booked an appointment for Tuesday. Tuesday morning the water was gone, as was the issue, so I called Zeek back. Instead of being upset about losing money on an appointment, the owner was genuinely happy that the issue was resolved. It's nice to see a company that truly cares about people! Even though they didn't make any money from me this time, rest assured I will be calling them back when I need them!!

Our neighbors up the street had work done by Zeek and they were happy with the job.We had Rich from Zeek Plumbing come to the house to work on our boiler. We asked him many questions that Rich answered giving us many things to think about.We called Zeek to get an estimate to have our hot water heater and boiler replaced.We called Zeek with questions and Ryan answered the questions or found the answers for us. So the day of the installation brought three vans and four workers to the house. They were organized and percisioned as to who would do what on the job.During the day we asked questions and Rich was very knowledgeable and offered helpful answers . We had a clogged up kitchen sink and needed some help in a hurry. Zeek Plumbing was responsive, professional and courteous.
