My 91 year old mother’s water heater was not heating. We have a home warranty and were assigned z.a.m. bam plumbing to do the work. We had an appointment on 2/13 which was a Friday, but they assured me if they had a cancellation earlier in the week they would get to mom sooner. I am always a bit apprehensive that they would actually move her if possible. But thankfully they did exactly as they said and came on 2/11 and evaluated the situation. Then returned this morning 2/12 to make the repair. My mom is now up and running, hot water all restored all before the original appointment. Dispatcher was kind and kept her word, Miguel the technician was efficient and helpful. So thankful for their expedient help!! Thank you!

Our sewer pump stopped working. We called and they were out very quickly and on time. They explained everything to me and had a new pump and plumbing completed in just a few short hours. I will definitely call them for my next plumbing job. Thank for for providing great service!
