“I made an apointment for 9am for a plumber to come out. At 930 am I called to see where the guy was. They said he should be there and they would call him to have him touch base with me. He showed up at 10am. If you can't show up on a time that is scheduled and I have to call to see where your guy is then id rather not do business with you if you cant show up on time for the first time.”
“I called November 28th 2025 at 9am. They said a plumber would be there between 11:00 and 11:30am. I am still waiting for a plumber to arrive. There call center staff are dishonest. I called multiple times and they kept saying a plumber would be there soon. Do not trust this company. Keep searching until you find a plumber who answers their own calls. The call centers just want to harvest data and resale it.”
